【摘要】：近年来,伴随着中央各项惠农政策的不断出台,国家在涉农方面的关注越多越多,农业科技有了很大的进步,由此,农民种植粮食的积极性也得以不断激发。就当前来说,我国的农业正处于相对关键的转型期,伴随着工业化和信息化的不断发展,城镇化也在不断推进中,在这个过程中,农业现代化的发展也在日新月异着,城乡一体化得到了更好的发展。而在此大环境下,全力发展现代农业,不仅是将目前经济发展方式及时转变,对小康社会进行全面建设的重中之重,更是农业综合生产力不断提高,农民收入不断增加,社会主义新农村不断建设的内在需求。而商水县作为一个较为典型的农业县,研究其现代农业发展,有利于更好的分析其当前的现代农业发展情况,从而探讨制约其现代农业发展的相关因素,进而推动商水县现代农业更好的发展。鉴于此,引出本文。本文由六章组成,第一章是绪论,主要研究现代农业的背景和国内外的研究现状,同时将本研究的研究方法、研究内容、创新点等进行阐述。第二章是相关概念界定。主要介绍与本次研究相关的概念以及相关发展理论,为研究商水县的现代农业打下理论地基。第三章是商水县现代农业发展现状。通过实地调查,对商水县现代农业发展的现状进行探讨。第四章是商水县现代农业发展存在的问题及原因。结合商水实际,对其在发展过程中的问题及致发原因进行探讨。第五章是商水县现代农业发展对策。针对存在的问题,结合实际,论述商水县现代农业发展的思路、对策与建议等。第六章是结论与展望。对前面研究内容进行相关总结并对今后研究进展进行相关展望。希望本文可以为解决商水县现代农业存在的问题提供参考,也为今后相关研究贡献绵薄之力。

The fourth chapter is the problems and reasons of the development of modern agriculture Shangshui county. Combining with the reality of the water. Aiming at the existing problems, combined with the actual development of modern agriculture, Shangshui County discusses ideas, countermeasures and suggestions. Hope this paper can provide a reference for solving the existing problems of modern agriculture in Shangshui County, but also for future related research contributions.
