宁夏枸杞产业竞争力研究

【摘要】：2017年初,中共中央、国务院制定的最新农业政策性文件《关于深入推进农业供给侧结构性改革,加快培育农业农村发展新动能的若干意见》提出在发展农业、优化产品产业结构,推进农业提质增效过程中要做大做强优势特色产业。这为宁夏的特色优势产业的发展提供了一个全新的发展契机,也为研究宁夏优势特色产业提供了新的视角。宁夏枸杞产业作为宁夏5大特色优势产业之一,其发展也将实现新的突破。目前对枸杞产业竞争力的研究主要集中在对其现状及对策方面的研究,利用统计数据分析评价竞争力研究较少。本文旨在为研究枸杞竞争力的学者提供一个新的思路。本文从枸杞的产业发展态势出发,首先研究目前全国及宁夏的枸杞产业的发展态势,认清枸杞的发展现状;其次通过显示性指标、分析性指标以及比较优势指数三大项指标对于宁夏枸杞产业进行实证分析,了解宁夏枸杞竞争优势的主要来源;再次本文结合钻石模型从政府、相关辅助产业以及国内需求和生产经营主体4个方面分析了宁夏枸杞产业的优劣势;最后从政府、行业、生产种植组织3个角度提出了提升宁夏枸杞产业竞争力的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of 2017, the CPC Central Committee, the new agricultural policy documents "formulated by the State Council on further promoting the agricultural supply side structural reform, speed up some suggestions for the development of agriculture and rural areas cultivation > new energy in the development of agricultural products, optimize the industrial structure, promote agricultural quality and efficiency in the process to become bigger and stronger advantageous industries. This provides a a new development opportunity for Ningxia to develop the characteristics and advantages of the industry, but also provides a new perspective for the study of Ningxia characteristic advantage industry. Ningxia wolfberry industry as Ningxia characteristics and advantages of the 5 major industries, and its development will achieve new breakthroughs. The current research on the competitiveness of Chinese wolfberry industry mainly focus on the research on the status quo and Countermeasures the use of statistical data analysis of competitiveness evaluation. This paper aims to provide a new way to study the competitiveness of Chinese wolfberry wolfberry from the scholars. Based on the trend of industrial development, firstly, the current development trend of the country and the Ningxia wolfberry industry development situation, recognize the Chinese wolfberry; followed by display index, analysis index and comparative advantage index three indicators for Ningxia wolfberry industry empirical analysis, the main source of the competitive advantage of Ningxia wolfberry solution; based on the diamond model from again the government, the 4 aspects of related industries and domestic demand and the main production and management analysis of Ningxia wolfberry industry advantages and disadvantages; finally from the government, industry, 3 aspects of production organization is proposed to enhance the competitiveness of Ningxia wolfberry industry countermeasures and suggestions.
