综合农协:中国三农改革的突破口

【摘要】：中国农民合作组织运动进入历史第三波的同时,适逢城乡结构性大变局、三农政策方向调整的转型时期。面对这样的现实,实现中国三农现代化的任务更为迫切。如何实现中国三农的现代化,一直存在两种思路的争论。中国三农改革的现代化,应该从中国城乡大变局出发,结合现代社会的转型,分析中国农村走向现代化的不同路径。以此来看,走综合农协的道路是中国三农改革的突破口,正在成长中的中国案例可以对此予以证明。
[Abstract]:The Chinese peasant cooperative organization movement entered the third wave in history, at the same time, it coincided with the transformation period of the great structural change in urban and rural areas and the adjustment of the orientation of agriculture, rural areas and farmers policy. In the face of such reality, the task of realizing the modernization of agriculture, rural areas and farmers in China is even more urgent. How to realize the modernization of agriculture, rural areas and farmers in China, there have always been two ideas of debate. The modernization of the reform of agriculture, rural areas and farmers in China should proceed from the great changes in China's urban and rural areas and combine with the transformation of modern society to analyze the different paths of China's rural areas towards modernization. From this point of view, taking the road of Comprehensive Agriculture Association is the breakthrough of the reform of agriculture, rural areas and farmers in China, which can be proved by the growing case of China.
