【摘要】：自1978年中国实行改革开放以来,内蒙古自治区肉羊产业得到了长足的发展,成为畜牧业经济中的支柱产业、朝阳产业。陈巴尔虎旗地处内蒙古典型草原牧区,是呼伦贝尔羊优质肉羊良种核心区,由于具有悠久的肉羊养殖历史和优良的肉羊养殖条件,肉羊产业已成为促进陈巴尔虎旗经济发展的支柱产业,分析研究现代肉羊产业的发展,对其提高畜产品产量、提升畜产品质量、增加牧民收入、促进和带动周边地区畜牧业生产快速发展,满足消费市场对优质羊肉的需求等方面具有十分重要的意义。本文针对陈巴尔虎旗现代肉羊产业发展进行研究,首先描述陈巴尔虎旗现代肉羊产业的发展现状进行分析,得出肉羊产业在畜牧业经济中的比重逐渐上升,肉羊屠宰加工产业已经初步形成,城镇居民羊肉消费量逐渐增长。探讨了陈巴尔虎旗发展现代肉羊产业所面临的制约因素,提出了促进陈巴尔虎旗现代肉羊产业发展的路径和保障措施。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of China's reform and opening up in 1978, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region meat and sheep industry has made great progress. It has become a pillar industry in the animal husbandry economy, the Chaoyang industry. It is located in the typical grassland pastoral area of Inner Mongolia. It is the core area of good quality mutton sheep of Hulun Buir sheep. Because of its long history of mutton breeding and fine meat Sheep breeding conditions, meat and sheep industry has become a pillar industry to promote the economic development of the tiger banner. It analyses and studies the development of the modern meat and sheep industry, improves the production of livestock products, improves the quality of livestock products, increases the income of the herdsmen, promotes and drives the rapid development of livestock production in the surrounding areas, and meets the demand for the high quality mutton in the consumer market. The mask has a very important significance. This paper studies the development of the modern meat sheep industry in the old tiger banner. First, it describes the present situation of the development of the modern meat sheep industry of the Chen bar tiger flag. It is concluded that the proportion of the meat sheep industry in the animal husbandry economy is increasing gradually. The meat sheep slaughtering and processing industry has been initially formed, and the consumption of the mutton of the urban dwellers is the consumption of the urban dwellers. Gradually, the restrictive factors in the development of modern meat and sheep industry by the Chen bar and tiger flag are discussed, and the path and safeguard measures to promote the development of the modern meat and sheep industry are put forward.
