我国西部地区环境资源型产业扶贫模式研究

【摘要】：最新阶段的官方扶贫开发是以产业扶贫为主要内容的"一主两翼",目的是更有针对性的帮助西部地区贫困农民脱贫致富。文章认为,要想创建更加适合西部地区环境资源的产业模式,就一定要立足于原有的发展资源,充分利用当地较为成熟的发展模式以及现有的产业资源,积极探索出有助于发展西部地区环境资源产业的重要战略:做好产业结构调整优化与区域战略产业的选择及营造环境资源产业运作的市场氛围。
[Abstract]:The latest stage of official poverty alleviation and development is "one main body and two wings" with industry poverty alleviation as the main content, the purpose is to help the poor peasants in the western region to get rid of poverty and become rich more pertinently. The paper holds that if we want to establish a more suitable industrial model for environmental resources in the western region, we must base ourselves on the original development resources, make full use of the more mature local development models and the existing industrial resources. This paper explores the important strategies for the development of the environmental resources industry in the western region, such as the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure, the selection of regional strategic industries and the creation of a market atmosphere for the operation of environmental resources industries.
