试析农村养老保障问题及对策

【摘要】：农村养老保障极为重要。目前存在着农民参加养老保障统筹的积极性不高,家庭养老矛盾多,社会养老困难大等问题。各级各部门应高度重视农村养老保障问题,多方筹集养老保障统筹基金,采取措施调动农民参与养老保障统筹的积极性,解决好家庭养老的诸多问题,从而发挥好养老保障这一社会"稳定器"的作用。
[Abstract]:Rural old-age security is extremely important. At present, there are many problems such as low enthusiasm of farmers to participate in the overall planning of old-age security, more contradictions in the family pension, and great difficulties in providing for the aged in the society. Departments at all levels should attach great importance to the issue of rural old-age security, raise comprehensive pension funds in various ways, take measures to mobilize the enthusiasm of farmers to participate in the overall planning of old-age security, and solve the many problems of family old-age support. In order to play a good old-age security, this social "stabilizer" role.
