兼业化、生产投入与农户农业产出

【摘要】：改革开放以来,随着农业劳动力转移到非农领域,形成了兼业化的农户生产模式。农户兼业化一方面增加了农户收入的来源,另一方面也引起了农业生产投入方式的变革。对于农户兼业化在影响农户生产投入和农户农业产出方面的问题,不同学者在这个领域对此进行了不同的研究。一些学者主要关注的是农户兼业化的收入效应,即非农就业的收入刺激了农业方面的投资,另一些学者主要关注的是农户兼业化的流失效应,即非农就业造成的农业劳动力流失损害了农业生产效率。本文基于中国健康与营养调查(CHNS)中的住户农业子数据。运用广义倾向得分方法(GSM)研究了农户兼业化的流失效应和收入效应以及农户兼业化行为对农业纯收入的影响,在控制了农户兼业化“自我选择”偏误后,我们在每一兼业化程度上考查了样本农户的兼业化对农业产出的影响。与多数研究中将非农就业变量直接作为农业产出的自变量不同,本文将农户兼业化程度处理成一个连续变量,把农户农业产出视为结果变量,然后在每一兼业化程度上考察了兼业化对农户农业产出的影响,从而从根本上解决了内生性造成的模型估计结果偏误。此外,模型还考虑了不同类型农户的差异,讨论了非农就业影响不同类型农户农业产出的内在机制,在此基础上还控制了农地规模对模型的影响。研究结果表明：1,农户兼业化的流失效应对种植业农户和园艺业农户来说皆显著,农户兼业化的收入效应只对控制了时间和地区因素的种植业农户来说不显著。2,兼业化程度在某些子区间内能增加农户的农业产出,总体上,农户兼业化程度与农业产出呈“倒U”形关系,即农户的农业产出随兼业化程度增加先升后降。基于本文的研究结论,得出了相应的政策意义,并为促进农民收入增长以及农业产出稳定等“三农”政策措施提供参考。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening to the outside world, with the transfer of agricultural labor to the non-agricultural field, a facultative production pattern has been formed. On the one hand, farmers' facultative production has increased the source of farmers' income, on the other hand, it has also caused a change in the mode of agricultural production input. Different scholars have carried out different studies in this field. Some scholars mainly focus on the income effect of peasant household facultative, that is, the income of non-agricultural employment stimulates the investment in agriculture, and the other scholars mainly focus on the loss effect of peasant household facultative, that is, the loss of agricultural labor caused by non agricultural employment is harmful to agriculture. Based on the household agricultural data in China's health and Nutrition Survey (CHNS), this paper uses the generalized tendencies scoring method (GSM) to study the loss and income effect of peasant household's facultative and the effect of peasant household's facultative behavior on the agricultural net income. The impact of the facultative industrialization of the sample farmers on the agricultural output is examined in the degree of one faculties. In the majority of studies, the non-agricultural employment variables are directly different as the independent variables of agricultural output. This paper treats the degree of peasant household's facultative production as a continuous variable, which regards farmers' agricultural output as a fruit variable, and then examines the degree of each facultative degree. The impact of facultative production on agricultural output of farmers has fundamentally solved the error of model estimation results caused by endogeneity. In addition, the model also takes into account the differences between different types of farmers, and discusses the internal mechanism of the agricultural output of different types of farmers which affect the different types of farmers. On this basis, the influence of the scale of farmland to the model is also controlled. The results show that: 1, the loss effect of peasant household's facultative work is significant to the planting farmers and the horticultural farmers. The income effect of the peasant household's facultative production is only not significant to the farmers who have controlled the time and regional factors, and the degree of industrialization can increase the agricultural output of farmers in some subareas. In general, the peasant household is.2. The relationship between degree and agricultural output is "inverted U", that is, farmers' agricultural output increases with the degree of facultative industrialization. Based on the conclusions of this paper, the corresponding policy significance is obtained, and the "three rural" policy measures, such as promoting the growth of farmers' income and the stability of agricultural output, are provided for reference.
