电子商务助力农村精准扶贫探析——以贵州省为例

【摘要】：2015年电商扶贫已列入我国精准扶贫"十项工程",电商扶贫是将电子商务纳入扶贫开发工作体系,为贫困农户创造就业和创业机会,帮助贫困农户销售农产品,以电商促市场、以市场带基地、以基地带动农民脱贫致富的一种新型扶贫工作方式,电商扶贫无论理论还是实践的探索都亟待跟进。笔者分析了电子商务助力农村精准扶贫的机理,对贵州农村电商扶贫推进的现状及存在问题进行了探讨,并以贵州为例提出了推动农村电商助力精准扶贫的对策建议。
[Abstract]:In 2015, e-commerce poverty alleviation has been included in the "ten projects" of precision poverty alleviation in our country. E-commerce poverty alleviation is to integrate electronic commerce into the poverty alleviation and development work system, to create employment and entrepreneurial opportunities for poor farmers, to help poor farmers sell agricultural products, and to promote the market through e-commerce. It is urgent to follow up the exploration of the theory and practice of e-commerce poverty alleviation, which is a new type of poverty alleviation work method, which takes the market as the base and drives the peasants to get rid of poverty and become rich. The author analyzes the mechanism of the electronic commerce helping the rural precision poverty alleviation, probes into the present situation and existing problems of the rural electronic commerce poverty alleviation in Guizhou province, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the rural electronic commerce aid precision poverty alleviation in Guizhou province as an example.
