涟水县蔬菜生产现状及产业化发展对策研究

【摘要】：在对涟水县蔬莱生产及其产业链上主要因子现状进行调研分析的基础上,明确了涟水县蔬菜产业的特点、优势和影响产业发展的不利因素,提出促进涟水县蔬菜产业发展的方法建议,希望能为涟水县蔬菜产业的发展规划提供参考。本研究主要结论如下:1.涟水县蔬菜种植面积持续增长,且设施蔬菜面积不断增加,设施类型不断丰富;蔬菜种类丰富,设施蔬菜以茄果类、瓜类、食用菌和速生叶菜类为主;露地蔬菜以卷心菜、洋葱、莲藕、莴笋等为主。近年,涟水县大力推广'养殖-沼气-种植'的种养结合生态循环农业,在改善蔬菜品质、提高农户收益的同时,比较有效的解决了生产废弃物污染环境的问题。2.涟水县发展蔬菜产业具有自然、政策、品牌、区域经济、市场潜在需求等方面的优势,具备雄厚的产业发展基础,但也存在基础设施较差、良种与生产技术配套不足、现代化营销手段落后、劳动力资源阶段性不足、文化水平较低等方面的限制因素。3.涟水县蔬莱产业发展应加大资金投入,促进蔬菜产业科技创新;根据市场需求不断引进新品种,提高蔬菜产量和品质;重视蔬菜品牌化建设,提高市场知名度;加强蔬菜产后加工,提升产品附加值;探索新型销售渠道,拓展蔬菜市场占有率;完善产业化服务体系,促进蔬菜产业化健康发展。
[Abstract]:Based on the investigation and analysis of the present situation of vegetable production and main factors in the industrial chain of Lianshui County, the characteristics, advantages and unfavorable factors affecting the development of vegetable industry in Lianshui County are clarified. This paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of vegetable industry in Lianshui County, hoping to provide reference for the development plan of vegetable industry in Lianshui County. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. The planting area of vegetables in Lianshui County continued to increase, and the area of greenhouse vegetables was increasing, and the types of facilities were constantly rich; there were plenty of vegetables, such as eggplant fruits, melons, edible fungi and fast-growing leafy vegetables; and cabbage was the main vegetable in the open field. Onion, lotus root, lettuce, etc. In recent years, Lianshui County vigorously popularized 'breeding-biogas-planting' combined with ecological recycling agriculture, improve vegetable quality, improve farmers' income, at the same time, more effective solution to the production waste pollution of the environment. 2. The development of vegetable industry in Lianshui County has the advantages of nature, policy, brand, regional economy, potential market demand, and so on. It has a strong industrial development foundation, but there are also poor infrastructure and inadequate matching between improved varieties and production technology. Modernization marketing means is backward, labor force resource stage is insufficient, educational level is low respect limiting factor. 3. The development of vegetable industry in Lianshui County should increase capital investment, promote scientific and technological innovation of vegetable industry, continuously introduce new varieties according to market demand, improve vegetable yield and quality, attach importance to the construction of vegetable brand and raise market popularity. Strengthen the post-natal processing of vegetables, enhance the added value of products; explore new sales channels, expand the market share of vegetables; improve the service system of industrialization, promote the healthy development of industrialization of vegetables.
