基于生态视域的德国市民“小果菜园”探究与启示

【摘要】：为更好地促进城乡要素互动、化解食品安全危机,为生态中国建设提供经验和范式借鉴,从德国市民"小果菜园"的发展概况、历史由来、法律地位、管理模式、社会价值、生态效应六个方面展开研究。结果表明:市民"小果菜园"在德国已遍地开花,历史悠久,其发展还受到专门法律的保护和规范,管理模式成熟,社会价值多维,生态效应明显。市民"小果菜园"符合中国生态文明建设的价值取向,符合中国城乡一体化发展的政策主张,也符合中国市民的消费发展需求,试点和发展我国市民"小果菜园"的条件已基本具备,时机基本成熟。
[Abstract]:In order to better promote the interaction between urban and rural elements, resolve the food safety crisis, and provide experience and paradigm for the construction of ecological China, from the development overview, historical origin, legal status, management mode, social value of the German citizen "small fruit garden", The ecological effect is studied in six aspects. The results show that the "small fruit garden" has bloomed everywhere in Germany and has a long history. Its development is protected and regulated by special laws, the management model is mature, the social value is multidimensional, and the ecological effect is obvious. The citizen's "small fruit garden" is in line with the value orientation of China's ecological civilization construction, the policy proposition of the integrated development of China's urban and rural areas, as well as the consumption development needs of the Chinese people. Pilot and development of our citizens, "small fruit garden" conditions have been basically available, the time is basically mature.
