基于SWOT分析的滨海新区都市型现代农业的发展研究

【摘要】：近年来随着滨海新区工业化与城市化水平不断提高,农业发展空间不断缩小,滨海新区农业在三产中所占比例越来越小,同时社会经济条件与居民消费水平的迅速提升,对农业发展提出了更高要求,农业原本单一的经济职能不断向社会及服务化转变,也就是说农业为居民提供初级农产品的生产功能已逐渐削弱,而为居民提供更高品质的农产品、丰富广大市民的休闲生活、改善生态环境的功能越来越重要,发展都市型现代农业成为滨海新区农业发展的必然选择。本文简要梳理了国内外现代都市农业的研究现状、相关理论及发展模式,为分析滨海新区现代都市农业发展奠定理论与实践基础。分别从农业产业发展概况、农业内部结构、现代都市农业组织形式与发展模式、科技服务情况等方面对滨海新区的农业情况进行描述,比较全面地分析了新区农业的发展现状。SWOT分析法作为一种战略分析法,通过对研究对象的优势、劣势、机遇及威胁四个方面的综合分析,得出一系列利于研究对象发展的结论。本文运用SWOT分析法对滨海新区现代都市农业发展的内外部条件进行系统分析,得出适合于滨海新区农业的发展战略,即应当抓住开发开放的历史机遇,发挥诸多优势,修补劣势,积极完善不足之处。同时根据全文的分析提出了发展都市农业相应的对策建议,即应当重视政府引导作用,不断加大资金投入,增强农业科技水平,发展优势产业,完善基础设施建设。最后通过总结全文,得出最终的研究结论。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous improvement of industrialization and urbanization level of Binhai New area, the space of agricultural development is shrinking, and the proportion of Binhai New area agriculture in the three production areas is becoming smaller and smaller. Meanwhile, the social and economic conditions and the level of residents' consumption have been rapidly improved. Higher demands have been put on the development of agriculture. The original single economic function of agriculture is constantly changing to social and service-oriented, that is to say, the production function of agriculture for providing primary agricultural products to residents has been gradually weakened. It is more and more important to provide the residents with higher quality agricultural products, to enrich the leisure life of the general public and to improve the ecological environment. The development of modern urban agriculture has become the inevitable choice for the development of agriculture in Binhai New area. This paper briefly reviews the research status, related theories and development models of modern urban agriculture at home and abroad, and lays a theoretical and practical foundation for the analysis of the development of modern urban agriculture in Binhai New area. The agricultural situation of Binhai New area is described from the following aspects: the general situation of agricultural industry development, the internal structure of agriculture, the form and development mode of modern urban agricultural organization, the situation of science and technology services, etc. The present situation of agricultural development in the new area is analyzed comprehensively. As a strategic analysis method, a series of conclusions are drawn from the comprehensive analysis of the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the research objects. This paper makes a systematic analysis of the internal and external conditions of the development of modern urban agriculture in Binhai New area by using SWOT analysis method, and obtains the development strategy suitable for the agriculture of Binhai New area, that is, we should seize the historical opportunity of developing and opening to the outside world and bring into play many advantages. Repair weaknesses and actively improve deficiencies. At the same time, according to the analysis of the full text, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the development of urban agriculture, that is, we should attach importance to the guiding role of the government, increase the investment of funds, strengthen the level of agricultural science and technology, develop superior industries and perfect the construction of infrastructure. Finally, by summarizing the full text, the final research conclusions are obtained.
