高州泗水镇龙眼产业发展与对策研究

【摘要】：从世界格局来看,中国龙眼的产量始终位于众生产国之首;从国内市场来看,广东是全国龙眼生产总量的最大省份,并且该省的粤西地区产量最大。由此可见,华南地区对国内外的龙眼产业都起着举足重轻的关键作用。广东高州的龙眼栽培历史由来已久,该产区地理纬度位于我国荔枝产区的最北缘,与其他地区不同的是,其具发展晚熟品种的特有优势。基于国、省、市的产量、产地、产值等出发点的考虑,本文综述了国内外龙眼发展情况及相关研究,对高州龙眼的产业优势进行了多方面分析,得出目前困扰高州龙眼产业发展的是品种结构单一、生产分散、销售渠道狭隘、深加工有待提高等问题,继而一一提出了相关的对策与建议。论文从区域产业经济基本理论入手,通过对龙眼产区、产量与贸易的形式及特点的分析,提出要做强、做大龙眼产业,应该发展规模经济、扩展与实施多元化销售渠道、完善产业服务体系、深化深加工与品牌建设等。以广东省龙眼产业发展的现状为背景,以问卷调查以及访谈形式对粤西高州市龙眼生产大镇——泗水镇的龙眼生产、销售、加工、进出口贸易等方面进行了翔实的调查与分析,并从专业大户与市场、政府之间的博弈行为及对龙眼产业发展等方面存在的问题予以进一步剖析与探讨,在此基础上提出了相应的对策建议,以期为实现果农增收、推进新形势下高州乃至全国龙眼产业的可持续发展提供参考。
[Abstract]:In view of the world pattern, the output of Chinese longan is always the first among the producing countries; in the domestic market, Guangdong is the largest province in the total production of longan in China, and the output in the western part of Guangdong is the largest in the province. Thus, South China plays a key role in raising the weight of the longan industry at home and abroad. Longan cultivation in Gaozhou, Guangdong Province has a long history. The geographical latitude of this region is located at the northern edge of the litchi growing area in China. Different from other regions, it has the unique advantage of developing late mature varieties. Based on the consideration of national, provincial and municipal production, origin and output value, this paper summarizes the development of longan both at home and abroad and related studies, and analyzes the industrial advantages of Gaozhou longan from many aspects. It is concluded that the problems that haunt the development of Gaozhou longan industry at present are single variety structure, scattered production, narrow sales channels and further processing, and then put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions one by one. Starting with the basic theory of regional industrial economy, through the analysis of the form and characteristics of longan production area, output and trade, the paper points out that to strengthen and enlarge longan industry, we should develop economies of scale, expand and implement diversified sales channels. We will improve the industrial service system and deepen deep processing and brand building. Based on the present situation of longan industry development in Guangdong Province, this paper makes a detailed investigation and analysis on Longan production, sales, processing, import and export trade in Gaozhou City, West Guangdong Province, by means of questionnaires and interviews, from the aspects of Longan production, sales, processing, import and export trade, etc. Furthermore, the paper further analyzes and discusses the problems existing in the development of longan industry from the game behavior between the professional large household and the market, the government and the development of longan industry, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in order to increase the income of fruit growers. To promote the new situation in Gaozhou and even the national longan industry sustainable development to provide reference.
