安康富硒产业发展方向与路径研究

【摘要】：丰富的硒资源储量是大自然对安康的恩赐。以紫阳为中心,安康的各区县均处在硒元素不同储备程度的自然环境中,其地域面积大至世界罕见,从而使得安康具备得天独厚的天然优势以建立并发展富硒产业。富硒食品必将是安康特色最明显、发展潜力与市场前景广阔、经济与社会效益良好的产业。近些年,安康富硒产业获得了很大发展,进一步明确发展方向、改进路径是推动产业持续健康发展的有效途径。本文以安康富硒产业发展的方向与路径为研究对象,通过对国内外富硒产业发展的相关文献进行梳理,并在分析安康富硒产业发展现状的基础上,提出产业未来发展方向和路径的对策。通过研究得出以下主要结论:(1)要充分认识到安康天然富硒资源的真正价值,坚持以“一路一带”经济建设为统领,着力打造丝绸之路经济带富硒产品,安康富硒产业应按照因地制宜、优势互补、合理规划、协调发展的原则,优化现有的产业区域布局,为全国富硒地理标志产品开发与发掘提供示范典型,为丝绸之路经济带建设增添活力。(2)安康富硒产业要加大科技工作力度。要打造强有力的科技支撑单位,加大政府资金支持,引导企业、农民相信科技、依靠科技。对现有地方标准进行全面清理,加大对强制性标准执行情况的监督,积极制定相关标准,以科学研究和实践验证为制定标准的依据,并建立富硒地理标志产品标准体系,是发挥安康富硒地理标志产品优势的关键突破点。(3)通过相关部门加强监管、引导社会中介机构发挥积极作用,形成协调一致的营销策略和模式,采取聚焦公关、体验与互动、学术推广等多种创新方式,将安康天然富硒产品向外推广,引导消费。要加强富硒区域的水土资源治理,防止水土流失与污染;促进硒资源的循环利用,实现硒资源可持续开发;要通过新闻媒体、互联网、文化活动、宣传活动等多种渠道引导人们对于安康天然富硒资源的重视和爱护,形成社会氛围。
[Abstract]:The abundant selenium resources reserve is the nature's gift to the well-being. Taking Ziyang as the center, each district and county of Ankang is in the natural environment with different levels of selenium, and its regional area is even rare in the world, which makes Ankang have the unique natural advantage to establish and develop the industry of rich selenium. Selenium-enriched food will be the industry with the most obvious characteristics of Ankang, broad development potential and market prospect, and good economic and social benefits. In recent years, Ankang rich selenium industry has made great development, further clear the direction of development, improving the path is an effective way to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the industry. In this paper, the direction and path of the development of selenium-rich industry in Ankang is taken as the research object, and based on the analysis of the present situation of the development of selenium-rich industry in Ankang, the related literature on the development of selenium-rich industry at home and abroad is combed out. The future development direction and path of the industry are put forward. We should fully realize the true value of Ankang's natural selenium rich resources, adhere to the "Belt and Road" economic construction as the leading leader, and strive to create the Silk Road economic belt rich in selenium products. According to the principles of local conditions, complementary advantages, rational planning and coordinated development, Ankang rich selenium industry should optimize the regional layout of the existing industry and provide a model for the development and discovery of selenium-enriched geographical indication products in China. Add vitality to the construction of Silk Road Economic Belt) Ankang se-rich industry should strengthen its scientific and technological work. To build strong scientific and technological support units, increase government funding support, guide enterprises, farmers believe in science and technology, rely on science and technology. To comprehensively clean up existing local standards, to increase supervision over the implementation of mandatory standards, to actively formulate relevant standards, to establish standards based on scientific research and practical verification, and to establish a standard system for selenium-enriched geographical indication products. It is necessary to strengthen the treatment of water and soil resources in areas rich in selenium, prevent soil and water loss and pollution, promote the recycling of selenium resources and realize the sustainable development of selenium resources, and through the news media, the Internet, and cultural activities, Publicity activities and other channels to guide people to the well-being of natural selenium-rich resources and love, forming a social atmosphere.
