湖南新五丰股份有限公司发展战略研究

【摘要】: 湖南新五丰股份有限公司(以下简称湖南新五丰公司)是由湖南粮油进出口集团为主发起人,并联合香港五丰行有限公司、澳门南光粮油食品有限公司、中国农业大学、中国农科院饲料研究所组建的股份公司,于2004年6月9日正式在上海证券交易所挂牌上市。公司以生猪产业经营及出口为主营业务,每年供港澳市场生猪稳定在35万头左右,占有港澳市场22.7%,稳居内地口岸前列,是湖南省最大的外向型农业产业化企业。 农业是一国经济的基础。与世界发达国家相比,我国农产品中存在的品种单一、质量及安全卫生不稳定、产品档次及附加值低的问题尤为突出。在大开放的国际市场环境下,我国农业要实现持续、快速发展,关键在于发展和壮大一批农业产业化龙头企业,这不仅是促进农村生产力发展,实现现代农业、繁荣农村经济的重要途径,也是新世纪新阶段农业和农村工作中带有方向性、全局性的大事。目前虽然湖南新五丰公司在行业中地位较为突出,也具备一定的管理、技术优势,但面临更多的挑战。通过对行业发展趋势的深入分析,笔者认为,只有进行战略创新,才能引领湖南新五丰公司实现新的发展。本文首先对湖南新五丰公司发展的外部环境及其优劣势进行分析,进一步认识产业和竞争现状以及将面临的机遇、挑战。其次,根据外部环境分析,以企业使命和战略发展目标为导向,运用战略理论中的SWOT分析模型、五因素分析法及核心竞争力理论,并结合企业实际,提出湖南新五丰公司发展的战略目标和具体规划,为企业进一步做大做强提供理论依据和决策参考。 湖南新五丰公司发展战略为:以安全优质猪和肉制品产业化体系建设为核心,以投资为基础,以实业为依托,走商品经营与产业经营并举、产业经营与资本经营相容的发展道路,在积极稳妥地发展现有产业的同时,努力向产业链的上下游延伸,实现种猪、商品猪、饲料、冷鲜肉、西式低温肉制品及肉品营销物流网络的一体化经营。
[Abstract]:Hunan Xinwufeng Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Hunan Xinwufeng Company) is sponsored by Hunan Grain and Oil Import and Export Group, and United with Hong Kong Wufeng Co., Ltd., Macao Nanguang Grain, Oil and Food Co., Ltd., China Agricultural University, The stock company founded by the Feed Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences was officially listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on June 9, 2004. The company operates and exports live pig industry as the main business, the annual supply of live pigs in Hong Kong and Macao market stable at about 350000, occupy the Hong Kong and Macao market 22.7am, stable in the mainland port front, Hunan Province is the largest export-oriented agricultural industrialization enterprises. Agriculture is the foundation of a country's economy. Compared with the developed countries in the world, the problems of single variety, unstable quality, safety and hygiene, low grade and low added value of agricultural products in China are particularly prominent. In the open international market environment, the key to the sustained and rapid development of China's agriculture lies in the development and expansion of a number of leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization, which is not only to promote the development of rural productive forces, but also to realize modern agriculture. The important way of prospering rural economy is also an important event in agriculture and rural work in the new century and new stage. At present, although Hunan Xinwufeng Company has a more prominent position in the industry, it also has certain management and technical advantages, but it faces more challenges. Through the in-depth analysis of the development trend of the industry, the author thinks that only by carrying out strategic innovation, can we lead the new development of Hunan New Wufeng Company. This paper first analyzes the external environment and advantages and disadvantages of the development of Hunan Xinwufeng Company, and further understands the present situation of industry and competition, as well as the opportunities and challenges that will be faced. Secondly, according to the analysis of external environment, guided by enterprise mission and strategic development goal, the paper applies SWOT analysis model, five-factor analysis method and core competence theory in strategic theory, and combines with enterprise practice. This paper puts forward the strategic goal and concrete plan of Hunan New Wufeng Company, which provides the theoretical basis and decision reference for the further development of the enterprise. The development strategy of Hunan New Wufeng Company is to take the construction of safe and high quality pig and meat products industrialization system as the core, to take investment as the foundation, to rely on industry, to take the commodity management and industry management as the same step, The compatible development path of industrial management and capital management, while actively and steadily developing existing industries, striving to extend upstream and downstream of the industrial chain to achieve pig breeding, commercial pigs, fodder, cold fresh meat, Western-style low-temperature meat products and meat marketing logistics network integrated management.
