【摘要】：党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央对"三农"发展给予了高度重视,始终坚持和进一步阐发了"三农"问题重中之重的地位,通过五次中央农村工作会议和五个一号文件及一系列切实可行的措施,对"三农"工作进行了精心的部署和有力推动,取得显著成效,体现出在继承中创新,注重重点、难点和关键,尊重基层和农民的首创精神等突出特征。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, the Party Central Committee, with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, has attached great importance to the development of "agriculture, countryside and farmers", and has always insisted on and further elucidated the most important status of the "three rural" issues. Through the five Central Rural work conferences, the five No.1 documents and a series of practical measures, the work of "three rural areas" has been carefully deployed and vigorously promoted, and remarkable results have been achieved, reflecting innovation in inheritance and paying attention to the key points.
