【摘要】：正东兰县正在举全力打赢脱贫攻坚战,切实做到了扶贫脱困的"六个精准"。一是做到谋划在胸、规划在前、摸底在先,胸中有数、有的放矢,实现了扶贫脱困对象的精准化。2015年底,东兰县全县通过精准设别建档立卡贫困户17195户66441人,到2020年每年需要脱贫愈万人,工作压力大任务艰巨。县委县政府按照经济发展和中央财政转移支付水平,主动谋划、科学规划,深入实施"十大扶贫工程"和全县干部"一帮一联"全
