基于云模型典型现代蔬菜园区土地集约利用评价

【摘要】:土地集约利用是人地关系协调发展的理性选择、是现代化农业发展的必然要求、是农业园区高效运行的保障,是社会、经济可持续发展的基础。因此加强对园区土地集约利用的评价有着重要的意义。本文在总结国内外土地集约利用评价的基础上,辨析了土地合理利用、可持续利用概念,分析了现代蔬菜园区土地集约利用的内涵,并总结了土地集约利用的相关理论。本文以清镇市红枫绿色蔬菜现代高效农业示范园区、龙里湾滩河生态农业示范园区、六盘水郎岱现代高效农业扶贫产业示范园区、江口县现代高效农业(扶贫)示范园、凤冈县绥阳镇现代高效农业示范园区、兴义市枫塘农业科技示范园区、黔西县水西观光农业示范园区、榕江县车江现代蔬菜农业观光示范园区这8个园区为研究对象,利用IOS模型及主成分分析法选择指标,采用熵值法计算权重,利用调研数据构建了基于云模型的贵州省现代蔬菜园区土地集约利用评价的体系,并对园区进行了等级评价和分析,为加强现代蔬菜园区土地集约利用和园区发展提供科学依据。结果表明:调研的8个园区中,榕江县园区土地集约利用水平为强土地集约利用;清镇市园区、凤冈县园区土地集约利用水平为中度土地集约利用;其余的龙里、六枝、江口、兴义、黔西的园区土地集约利用水平为弱土地利用。通过实地调研,基本摸清了贵州省8个现代蔬菜园区土地集约利用的情况,找出了园区存在的问题并提出对策建议,为促进现代蔬菜园区的土地集约利用和园区发展提供科学依据。
[Abstract]:Intensive use of land is a rational choice for the coordinated development of human-land relations, an inevitable requirement for the development of modern agriculture, a guarantee for the efficient operation of agricultural parks, and a basis for the sustainable development of society and economy. Therefore, it is of great significance to strengthen the evaluation of intensive use of land in the park. On the basis of summing up the evaluation of intensive land use at home and abroad, this paper discriminates and analyzes the concepts of rational and sustainable land use, analyzes the connotation of intensive land use in modern vegetable parks, and summarizes the relevant theories of intensive land use. This paper uses Qingzhen Hongfeng green vegetable modern high efficient agriculture demonstration park, Longliwan Tan River ecological agriculture demonstration park, Liupanshui Langdai modern high efficient agriculture poverty alleviation industry demonstration park, Jiangkou modern high efficient agriculture (poverty alleviation) demonstration garden, Fenggang County Suiyang Town Modern efficient Agriculture demonstration Park, Xingyi Fengtang Agricultural Science and Technology demonstration Park, Qianxi County Shuixi sightseeing Agricultural demonstration Park, Rongjiang Che River Modern vegetable Agricultural Tourism demonstration Park, eight parks are the research objects. IOS model and principal component analysis were used to select the index, entropy method was used to calculate the weight, and the cloud model was used to construct the evaluation system of intensive utilization of land in modern vegetable garden of Guizhou province. The evaluation and analysis of the grade of the park provide scientific basis for strengthening the intensive use of land and the development of the park in modern vegetable park. The results show that the intensive land use level in the Rongjiang County Park is strong; in Qingzhen City Park, Fenggang County Park, the level of intensive land use is moderate; the rest in Longli, Liuzhi, Jiangkou, Xingyi, Qianxi park land intensive use level for weak land use. Through the field investigation, the paper basically finds out the situation of intensive use of land in 8 modern vegetable parks in Guizhou Province, finds out the problems existing in the park, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. It provides a scientific basis for promoting the intensive use of land and the development of the modern vegetable garden.
