巴彦淖尔市主要经济作物比较优势研究

【摘要】：经济作物生产是否可以取得成效,对实现农民收入的较快增长,促进农村经济的持续快速发展起到了至关重要的作用。近年来,巴彦淖尔市经济作物播种面积和经济作物所占农作物比例逐年上升,2016年巴彦淖尔市经济作物播种面积稳中有增,播种面积达到42.9万亩,相比较上一年增加3万亩,发展态势良好。如何在保证粮食生产稳定的基础上,增加经济作物产业的竞争优势成为当前巴彦淖尔市农业发展面临的问题,为此,巴彦淖尔市要提高经济作物产业发展的竞争力,发挥经济作物优势,就需要了解当地经济作物的比较优势和比较劣势,对于优势产业提高支持力度,扩大规模,挖掘劣势产业潜力。本文以比较优势理论为依据,将巴彦淖尔市经济作物中播种面积排名靠前的油料、蔬菜、瓜类、甜菜和豆类的生产比较优势作为考察对象,利用综合优势指数法计算四个指标体系:规模优势指数、效率优势指数、综合优势指数、综合优势指数比,对巴彦淖尔市临河区、磴口县、五原县、杭锦后旗、乌拉特前旗5个经济作物主产区的比较优势进行分析,从地区比较优势差异和品种比较优势差异两个方面进行阐述。分析结论得出巴彦淖尔市发展经济作物生产过程中出现的优势品种没有有效发挥、县域优势发展不平衡等问题,所以,对保持优势品种发展活力,解决经济作物县域结构不合理的问题提出相应的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Whether the production of cash crops can achieve results plays a vital role in realizing the rapid growth of farmers' income and promoting the sustained and rapid development of rural economy. In recent years, the planting area of cash crops and the proportion of cash crops in the city of Bayannaoer have increased year by year. In 2016, the sown area of cash crops in Bayannur City has increased steadily, reaching 429000 mu, an increase of 30 million mu compared with the previous year. The development situation is good. How to increase the competitive advantage of the cash crop industry on the basis of ensuring the stability of grain production has become a problem facing the agricultural development of Bayannur City. Therefore, the Bayannur City should improve the competitiveness of the development of the cash crop industry. To give full play to the advantages of cash crops, we should understand the comparative advantages and disadvantages of local cash crops, enhance the support for the superior industries, expand the scale and tap the potential of the inferior industries. Based on the theory of comparative advantage, the production comparative advantages of oil, vegetables, melons, beets and legumes in the economic crops of Bayannur City were investigated. Using the comprehensive advantage index method to calculate the four index systems: scale advantage index, efficiency advantage index, comprehensive advantage index ratio, to the Bayan Nur City Linhe District, Dengkou County, Wuyuan County, Hangzhou Jinhou Banner, The comparative advantages of the five major cash crop production areas in Qianqi of Wulat were analyzed and analyzed from two aspects: regional comparative advantage difference and variety comparative advantage difference. The conclusion is that the dominant varieties in the development of cash crops in Bayan Nur City have not been effectively brought into play, and the development of predominance in the county is not balanced, so, to maintain the vitality of the development of dominant varieties, To solve the problem of irrational county structure of cash crops, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
