精准扶贫的实践、困局与路径选择——以安徽为例

【摘要】：精准扶贫是针对不同贫困农户状况和贫困区域环境,运用科学有效的手段对扶贫对象实施精确识别、帮扶和管理的脱贫方式。本文结合安徽扶贫做法与特点,分析了精准扶贫实践和操作中面临的困境,并对精准识别、帮扶和管理等环节提出了相关的建议。
[Abstract]:Precision poverty alleviation is a way to eliminate poverty by using scientific and effective means to identify, help and manage the poor farmers' situation and regional environment. Based on the practice and characteristics of poverty alleviation in Anhui province, this paper analyzes the difficulties in the practice and operation of precision poverty alleviation, and puts forward some relevant suggestions on the aspects of precision identification, help and management.
