甘南藏区农村精准扶贫问题研究——基于阿木去乎镇的调查

【摘要】：民族地区精准脱贫是全面建设小康社会的关键。笔者以甘南藏区贫困农村为例,通过访谈和查阅相关文件收集资料,描述了甘南藏区精准扶贫的状况、存在的问题,进一步讨论了民族地区贫困与发展的关系。指出少数民族地区精准扶贫一定要结合实际,在政府政策的指引下,注重民族地区的文化特性,坚持尊重贫困群众在扶贫开发中的主体地位,充分挖掘民族地区社会内在潜力,动员社会组织等多方力量参与扶贫,这样才可能真正实现脱贫,全面建成小康社会。
[Abstract]:The key to building a well-off society in an all-round way is to get rid of poverty with precision in ethnic areas. Taking the poor rural areas in Gannan Tibet as an example, through interviews and consulting relevant documents to collect data, the author describes the situation and problems of precision poverty alleviation in Gannan Tibetan region, and further discusses the relationship between poverty and development in ethnic minority areas. It is pointed out that the precision poverty alleviation in minority areas must be combined with reality, under the guidance of government policy, pay attention to the cultural characteristics of minority areas, insist on respecting the main position of the poor people in poverty alleviation and development, and fully tap the inherent potential of the society in minority areas. Mobilization of social organizations and other forces to participate in poverty alleviation, so that we can truly achieve poverty eradication and build a well-off society in an all-round way.
