城乡双向流通体系扩大农村消费的理论与实证研究

【摘要】：自改革开放以来,到十七大会议召开之前,“重生产、轻流通”的思想一直加剧我国城乡传统二元经济结构体系的形成。而城乡传统的二元经济结构导致城市流通业发达和农村流通业极不发达的两极分化模式,从而拉大城乡经济差距,导致农村居民的消费增长乏力。众所周知,统筹城乡发展和缩小城乡经济差距对构建和谐社会的意义重大,也是实现我国经济平稳增长的重要途径。本文对城乡双向流通体系扩大农村消费进行了理论与实证研究。首先,界定清楚城乡双向流通体系的概念,明确城乡双向流通体系的内涵。从城市商品进入农村市场和农产品进入城市市场这两个方面分析城乡双向流通体系的组织结构。其次,对城乡双向流通体系扩大农村消费的机理进行分析。再次,本文选取了2003-2012年全国30个省、自治区及直辖市的相关数据,构建了城乡双向流通、农村居民消费及控制变量的指标体系,运用面板数据模型进行计量经济学分析,验证城乡双向流通体系扩大农村消费的机理。在此基础上,本文进行城乡双向流通体系的稳健性检验估计,通过运用stata软件进行主成分分析,得出城乡双向流通体系的综合评价得分,进一步验证城乡双向流通体系扩大农村消费的机理。最后,在理论与实证分析的基础上,本文提出相应的政策建议。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, until the 17th National Congress of the Congress, the idea of "pay attention to production, not circulation" has been aggravating the formation of the traditional dual economic structure system of urban and rural areas in China. The traditional dual economic structure in urban and rural areas leads to the polarization between the developed urban circulation industry and the extremely underdeveloped rural circulation industry, which widens the urban-rural economic gap and leads to the sluggish consumption growth of rural residents. It is well known that coordinating urban and rural development and narrowing the gap between urban and rural economy is of great significance to the construction of a harmonious society, and is also an important way to achieve steady economic growth in China. This paper makes a theoretical and empirical study on the expansion of rural consumption in urban and rural two-way circulation system. First, define the concept of urban-rural two-way circulation system, and clarify the connotation of urban-rural two-way circulation system. This paper analyzes the organizational structure of urban and rural two-way circulation system from the two aspects of urban commodity entering rural market and agricultural products entering urban market. Secondly, the mechanism of expanding rural consumption in urban and rural two-way circulation system is analyzed. Thirdly, this paper selects the relevant data of 30 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government from 2003 to 2012, constructs the index system of urban and rural two-way circulation, rural residents' consumption and control variables, and uses panel data model to analyze econometrics. Verify the mechanism of expanding rural consumption in urban and rural two-way circulation system. On this basis, this paper estimates the robustness of urban and rural two-way circulation system, and obtains the comprehensive evaluation score of urban and rural two-way circulation system by using stata software for principal component analysis. Further verify the mechanism of urban and rural two-way circulation system to expand rural consumption. Finally, on the basis of theoretical and empirical analysis, this paper puts forward corresponding policy recommendations.
