大安市农村居民低碳生活能源消费的调查与分析

【摘要】：随着经济的快速增长,物质文化生活水平不断提高,人们对能源的消费需求随之增高。能源消费给人们生产生活带来福利的同时也造成了环境污染。环境问题日益严重致使人们开始了对“低碳能源消费”的探索与研究。我国的农村人口比重相对较大,生活能源使用量较多,农业生产是国民经济的基础。因此农村地区的能源消费情况关乎着能源可持续发展战略的顺利情况同时也关系着人们生活水平的提高。本文结合大安市农村地区居民用能的现状,分析农村居民低碳能源消费的必要性、迫切性和重要性。探讨发展大安市农村居民低碳生活的途径,提出为大安市农村居民实现低碳生活的相应对策建议。本文根据吉林省大安市农村地区的具体情况,分别对大安市光明村、庆发村以及民乐村3个农村地区进行了实地调研。针对大安市农村的基本自然状况和社会经济条件分析了大安市农村居民生活能源消费过程中存在的问题。并从实际出发,为推进大安市农村居民低碳生活能源提出相应意见。首先主要介绍了研究背景、内容、目标以及研究的意义、国内外研究文献综述、研究区域的基本概况、低碳能源消费的概念和相关理论。其次,针对大安市农村居民低碳生活能源消费结构进行研究,以及实现农村低碳生活能源消费的途径和低碳能源给人们带来的重要意义。再次通过具体数据分析出大安市农村居民生活能源消费过程中存在的问题以及发展大安市农村低碳能源消费的制约因素。最后做出研究结论以及对农村、政府、农民三个方面提出了针对解决研究区域的相应对策。论文以可持续发展理论和能源需求理论作为研究基础,查阅国内外低碳经济、农村低碳建设等相关文献资料,采用调查研究法、理论分析法以及文献研究的方法对大安市农村居民低碳生活能源消费过程中存在的问题进行分析。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of economy and the improvement of material and cultural living standards, people's demand for energy consumption increases. Energy consumption brings benefits to people's production and life, but also causes environmental pollution. Environmental problems are becoming more and more serious and people begin to explore and study low-carbon energy consumption. The proportion of rural population in our country is relatively large and the consumption of living energy is more. Agricultural production is the foundation of national economy. Therefore, energy consumption in rural areas is related to the smooth development of energy sustainable development strategy and the improvement of people's living standards. This paper analyzes the necessity, urgency and importance of low carbon energy consumption in rural areas of Da'an. This paper probes into the ways of developing low carbon life of rural residents in Da'an city, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for realizing low carbon life of rural residents in Da'an city. According to the specific situation of the rural areas in Da'an City, Jilin Province, this paper makes a field investigation on three rural areas, Guangming Village, Qingfa Village and Minle Village in Da'an City, Jilin Province. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of living energy consumption of rural residents in Da'an City in the light of the basic natural situation and social and economic conditions in the rural areas of Da'an City. And from the practical point of view, to promote the rural residents of Da'an low carbon living energy put forward the corresponding advice. First of all, it introduces the background, content, goal and significance of the research, literature review at home and abroad, the basic situation of the research area, the concept and related theory of low-carbon energy consumption. Secondly, the structure of low carbon living energy consumption of rural residents in Da'an city is studied, and the way to realize low carbon living energy consumption in rural areas and the significance of low carbon energy to people are also discussed. Thirdly, the paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of energy consumption of rural residents in Da'an city and the restrictive factors of developing low-carbon energy consumption in rural areas of Da'an city. Finally, the research conclusions and three aspects of rural, government and farmers are put forward to solve the corresponding countermeasures of the research area. Based on the theory of sustainable development and the theory of energy demand, the paper refers to the domestic and international low-carbon economy, rural low-carbon construction and other related literature, and adopts the method of investigation and research. The theoretical analysis method and literature research method are used to analyze the problems existing in the process of low carbon living energy consumption of rural residents in Da'an city.
