【摘要】：农业现代化,是推进农业产业集聚升级、转变农业发展方式、优化农业区域化布局、实现专业化生产、提升农产品市场竞争力的重要战略。是实现传统农业向现代农业转变的过程,是农民持续增收的根本途径。十八大报告明确将“三农”问题放在了重要的战略位置上,指出解决好农业、农村、农民问题是全党工作的重中之重,要坚持走中国特色的农业现代化道路。十八届三中全会也要求构建新型农业经营主体,大力推进农业现代化建设,是实现“土地规模化、技术现代化、组织企业化、经营市场化”的必然要求。运城市作为晋陕豫黄河金三角区域的中心地带,积极发展高产、优质、高效、生态农业,促进农产品生产向优势产区集中,实现专业化、规模化和基地化,对推进运城现代农业发展有着重要意义。本文从运城的实际条件出发,深入研究运城市发展现代特色农业的立地条件、农业发展基础,优势等方面,分析运城农业发展中存在的问题,将运城农业发展概括为三个类型,根据每个类型继而做出符合当地发展的理论分析和政策。并对全省相同条件的地区的农业发展提供借鉴。全文共分为六个部分,第一部分主要介绍研究背景及研究意义,第二部分着重阐述了现代农业的基本内涵,第三部分针对运城市现代农业的发展进行现实条件分析,第四部分指出目前运城市发展现代农业存在的问题,第五部分是针对于各种不同的发展类型分析各自不同的发展路径,第六部分是政策建议。
[Abstract]:Agricultural modernization is an important strategy to promote the agglomeration and upgrade of agricultural industry, to change the mode of agricultural development, to optimize the regional distribution of agriculture, to realize specialized production and to enhance the market competitiveness of agricultural products. It is the process of transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture and the fundamental way for farmers to increase their income continuously. The report of the 18th National Congress clearly put the issue of "three rural areas" in an important strategic position, and pointed out that it is the most important task of the whole party to solve the problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and we should adhere to the road of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics. The third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee also called for the construction of a new agricultural management subject and vigorously promoted the construction of agricultural modernization, which is the inevitable requirement for realizing the "land scale, technological modernization, organization of enterprises and marketization of management". Yuncheng, as the center of the Golden Triangle of the Yellow River in Shanxi, Shaanxi and Henan, actively develops high yield, high quality, high efficiency, ecological agriculture, and promotes the production of agricultural products to be concentrated in superior producing areas, and to realize specialization, scale and base. To promote the Yuncheng modern agricultural development has important significance. Starting from the actual conditions of Yuncheng, this paper deeply studies the site conditions, agricultural development basis, advantages and other aspects of Yuncheng's development of modern characteristic agriculture, analyzes the existing problems in Yuncheng's agricultural development, and generalizes Yuncheng's agricultural development into three types. According to each type, then make the theoretical analysis and policy according to the local development. And the same conditions for the province to provide reference for agricultural development. The paper is divided into six parts. The first part mainly introduces the research background and significance, the second part focuses on the basic connotation of modern agriculture, the third part analyzes the realistic conditions of the development of modern agriculture in Yuncheng city. The fourth part points out the problems existing in the development of modern agriculture in Yuncheng City. The fifth part analyzes the different development paths according to different development types, and the sixth part is the policy recommendations.
