岫岩县食用菌产业发展的问题及对策研究

【摘要】：食用菌以其较高的食用价值和药用价值,近年来逐渐被大众熟悉并接受,食用菌市场的需求量逐年增加,食用菌产业已经成为一些地区的支柱性产业。岫岩县因其独特的资源环境优势和发展历史,在县政府的支持下,大力发展食用菌产业,对改善当地经济、增加农民收入起到了重要的作用。虽然食用菌产业在岫岩有着一定的产业基础,并且县政府也在规划布局、政策制定以及风险保障等促进产业发展方面取得了一定的成果,但是随着食用菌产业的迅猛发展,与国内其他发达地区乃至世界接轨的进程加快,一些制约产业发展的问题也逐渐暴露出来。为了促进岫岩县食用菌产业持续、健康发展,论文基于对岫岩县自然环境及食用菌产业发展现状的实地调研,结合特色产业理论、比较优势理论和产业聚集理论,系统地对制约岫岩县食用菌产业发展的问题及成因加以分析并有针对性地提出对策建议。当前,岫岩县食用菌产业发展中主要存在着生产规模较小、经营方式落后,科研创新能力不足,产业化水平低,精深加工能力薄弱,资金来源和销售渠道单一,品牌建设滞后,菌林矛盾突出等问题。为解决这些问题,可实施扶持新型经营主体、创新产业发展模式,加大科研机构建设力度、密切产研联系,加快引进和培养农业人才,建立多元化农业资金投资源体制,拓展流通渠道,调整种植方式和结构,促进产品升级,完善创新农业社会化服务体系建设,积极招商引资等政策措施。
[Abstract]:With its high edible value and medicinal value, Edible Fungi has been gradually accepted by the public in recent years. The demand of Edible Fungi market has been increasing year by year, and the edible fungus industry has become a pillar industry in some areas. Xiuyan County has played an important role in improving the local economy and increasing farmers' income because of its unique resources and environment advantages and development history, under the support of the county government, the development of edible fungus industry has played an important role in improving the local economy. Although the edible fungus industry has a certain industrial foundation in Xiuyan, and the county government has also made certain achievements in planning, layout, policy formulation and risk protection, and so on, but with the rapid development of the edible fungus industry, The process of connecting with other developed regions and even the world has been accelerated, and some problems restricting the development of industry have been gradually exposed. In order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the edible fungus industry in Xiuyan County, this paper based on the field investigation of the natural environment and the current situation of the edible fungus industry in Xiuyan County, combined with the theory of characteristic industry, the theory of comparative advantage and the theory of industrial agglomeration. The problems and causes of restricting the development of edible fungus industry in Xiuyan County are systematically analyzed and countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. At present, in the development of edible fungus industry in Xiuyan County, there are mainly small production scale, backward management mode, insufficient scientific research and innovation ability, low industrialization level, weak deep processing ability, single fund source and sales channel, and lagged brand construction. The contradiction between bacteria and forest is prominent and so on. In order to solve these problems, we can support the new management subjects, innovate the industrial development model, strengthen the construction of scientific research institutions, close the relationship between production and research, speed up the introduction and training of agricultural talents, and establish a system of diversified investment sources of agricultural funds. Policies and measures such as expanding circulation channels, adjusting planting methods and structures, promoting product upgrading, perfecting and innovating the construction of agricultural socialized service system, actively attracting investment and so on.
