杭州湾南岸宁波段土地利用开发强度评价研究

【摘要】:海岸带地区经济高速发展的同时,伴随着高强度的人类活动,导致沿海土地资源短缺问题日益严重,土地资源数量及质量的供给出现缺口。为提高土地资源利用效率,人类活动使海岸带土地利用类型及其所处底质条件(地形、地貌、土壤、政策、人口、经济等)不断改变,造成土地资源高强度开发。本文针对杭州湾南岸宁波段进行的土地资源开发强度评价研究以适宜性评价为基础,对区域可持续发展、资源合理配置具有重要意义。本文结合当前海岸带土地资源开发利用的研究热点,以资源环境承载力、经济发展潜力、城乡建设驱动力为切入点,以单因子适宜性为评价基础,利用ArcGIS、SPSS等软件,交叉运用缓冲区、叠加、聚类等分析功能,进行2000年、2005年和2010年杭州湾南岸宁波段土地利用适宜性评价,并在此基础上开展2000-2005年、2005-2010年两期土地资源的开发强度评价,其中以开发强度为研究目的及研究重点。本文围绕本文主题开展的工作内容包括:(1)2000年、2005年和2010年杭州湾南岸宁波段土地利用适宜度评价工作利用矢量图层叠加的面积矩阵,构建LandUSEM评价模型,依据频繁度原理计算不同土地利用类型在不同等级影响因素下的单因子适宜度、综合适宜度及其分布情况,最后对结果进行多角度综合分析。(2)基于属性空间原理构建多维向量模型,以2000年、2005年和2010年土地利用单因子适宜度值作为空间属性坐标值为数据基础,得到2000-2005年、2005-2010年两期开发强度矢量数据。对矢量结果进行分级处理后,分析其空间分布特点以及形成原因。研究主要结果包括:(1)研究区土地利用开发强度较弱,2005-2010年与2000-2005年相比有所下降。(2)研究区平均开发强度具有较明显的空间分布特点,沿海至内陆呈U形趋势分布,且从岸段上看,慈溪岸段开发强度比余姚岸段、镇海岸段强。(3)开发强度较大区域的用地类型变化主要表现为农用地、滩涂向城乡建设用地变化,浅海水域向滩涂变化。
[Abstract]:With the rapid economic development of coastal zone, with the high intensity of human activities, the shortage of coastal land resources is becoming more and more serious, and the supply of land resources in quantity and quality is short. In order to improve the utilization efficiency of land resources, the types of land use in the coastal zone and their underlying conditions (topography, geomorphology, soil, policy, population, economy, etc.) are constantly changed by human activities, resulting in high intensity development of land resources. In this paper, the evaluation of land resources exploitation intensity on the south coast of Hangzhou Bay is based on suitability evaluation, which is of great significance to regional sustainable development and rational allocation of resources. Combined with the current research focus of land resources exploitation and utilization in coastal zone, this paper takes the carrying capacity of resources and environment, the potential of economic development, the driving force of urban and rural construction as the breakthrough point, the suitability of single factor as the evaluation basis, and the software ArcGIS-SPSS, etc. Using the functions of buffer zone, superposition, clustering and so on, the land use suitability evaluation of Ningbo section on the south coast of Hangzhou Bay in 2000, 2005 and 2010 was carried out. Based on this, the intensity evaluation of land resources development was carried out from 2000 to 2005 and from 2005 to 2010. Among them, the development intensity as the research purpose and research focus. The contents of this paper include: 1) in 2000, 2005 and 2010, the evaluation of land use suitability in Ningbo section of the south coast of Hangzhou Bay was carried out by using the area matrix superimposed by vector maps, and a LandUSEM evaluation model was constructed. According to the principle of frequency, the single factor suitability, comprehensive suitability and its distribution of different land use types were calculated under the influence factors of different grade. Finally, the multi-angle comprehensive analysis of the results is carried out. (2) based on the principle of attribute space, the multi-dimensional vector model is constructed, and the land use single factor suitability value in 2000, 2005 and 2010 is taken as the data base of the spatial attribute coordinate value. Two periods of intensity vector data were obtained from 2000-2005 to 2005-2010. After classifying the vector results, the spatial distribution characteristics and the formation reasons are analyzed. The main results of the study include: (1) the intensity of land use and development in the study area is weaker than that in the period of 2000-2005.) the average development intensity of the study area has obvious spatial distribution characteristics, and the coastal to inland area shows a U-shaped trend distribution, and from the shore section, the average development intensity of the study area is U-shaped. The development intensity of Cixi coastal section is higher than that of Yuyao shore section, Duan Qiang. 3) the land type change in the area with high exploitation intensity is mainly agricultural land, the tidal flat changes towards the urban and rural construction land, and the shallow water area changes towards the tidal flat.
