论盘锦市农民专业合作社规范化发展问题

【摘要】：自1980年开始,我国农民专业合作社这一行业初具雏形,更因我国是一农业大国的天然优势,犹如雨后春笋迅速发展起来。改革开放后,农业生产劳动方式由先前的集体劳动,平均分配的大锅饭模式,转变成了每家每户的独立经营方式,虽然提高了积极性,但却造成了个体化力量薄弱的缺陷。因此,为农民专业合作社的产生乃至客观上强制发展,创造了必然条件。但是,在发展的过程中,凡是新兴的体制都需要时间去不断进化与完善,现阶段处于我国现有框架下的农民合作社组织仍然存在许多不足与弊病,本文以盘锦市为例,对盘锦市农民专业合作社结合国外先进合作社管理模式及经验,浅谈盘锦地区农民专业合作社的发展问题及未来的发展趋向,并提出针对性的对策措施。
[Abstract]:Since 1980, China's farmers'professional cooperatives have begun to take shape in this industry, but also because China is a large agricultural country's natural advantages, like bamboo shoots springing up rapidly. Therefore, it creates the necessary conditions for the emergence and even objectively forced development of the farmers'professional cooperatives. However, in the process of development, all the new systems need time to evolve and improve constantly. At this stage, farmers' cooperation under the existing framework of our country. There are still many shortcomings and drawbacks in the organization. Taking Panjin City as an example, this paper discusses the development problems and future development trend of the farmers'professional cooperatives in Panjin area, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
