重庆市生态农业发展的问题及对策研究

【摘要】：生态农业是兼顾生态学和生态经济学的原理,以及生态系统科学方法,建立起来的能实现经济、社会和生态三大效益的现代化农业。当今世界发展生态农业是各国的必然趋势,包括重庆市在内的全国其他地区都在结合当地的实际情况发展具有地方特色的生态农业。本文对重庆市生态农业的建设和发展问题进行了研究和分析。本文研究认为,重庆市生态农业的发展具有很好的前景,发展生态农业已经取得的成效主要有：重庆市生态农业自然环境的优势,重庆市农业功能区的细化,重庆市生态农业区县的建设。与此同时,重庆市在生态农业发展过程中也存在一些问题,主要表现在：劳动力素质偏低,农业污染严重,资源浪费现象严重,项目工程投入不够,生态理念未建立。究其根本原因主要是因为动力机制未建立,生态农业没有活力；技术体系不完善；产业化水平不高。在对重庆市生态农业出现问题的原因分析的基础上,研究重庆市应如何利用动力机制,有效引导、激励、调控经济发展行为；利用技术体系促进生态农业的可持续发展；调整产业化模式加快生态农业的发展节奏。
[Abstract]:Ecological agriculture is a modern agriculture which can realize the economic, social and ecological benefits by taking into account the principles of ecology and ecological economics, as well as the method of ecosystem science. The development of ecological agriculture in the world is an inevitable trend in various countries, and other regions in the whole country, including Chongqing, are developing ecological agriculture with local characteristics according to the local actual conditions. In this paper, the construction and development of ecological agriculture in Chongqing were studied and analyzed. In this paper, the author thinks that the development of ecological agriculture in Chongqing has a good prospect. The main achievements of the development of ecological agriculture are as follows: the advantages of natural environment of ecological agriculture in Chongqing, the refinement of agricultural functional areas in Chongqing, and the development of ecological agriculture in Chongqing. Construction of ecological agriculture district and county in Chongqing. At the same time, there are some problems in the development of ecological agriculture in Chongqing, such as the low quality of labor force, the serious pollution of agriculture, the serious waste of resources, the insufficiency of project investment, and the unestablishment of ecological concept. The main reason is that the dynamic mechanism has not been established, the ecological agriculture has no vitality, the technical system is not perfect, and the level of industrialization is not high. Based on the analysis of the causes of the problems in ecological agriculture in Chongqing, this paper studies how to use the dynamic mechanism to effectively guide, motivate and regulate the economic development behavior, and to promote the sustainable development of ecological agriculture by using the technology system. Adjust industrialization mode to speed up the development rhythm of ecological agriculture.
