墨西哥社区森林企业森林资源利用与管理

【摘要】：本文研究的主要目的在于分析森林资源利用及管理的影响,并对社区森林企业垂直一体化组合的绩效进行了探讨。因此,本文对主要的公司理论及新体制经济的运用有一定的贡献。本研究所用数据来自于2011年墨西哥12个州的30家社区森林企业,强调企业运行中制度以及财产权的作用。研究显示,制度在社区森林企业的运行中发挥着重要的引导作用。研究假设在垂直一体化组合中,森林资源利用与管理与社区森林企业所取得的利润紧密相关。研究利用线性回归模型验证所提出的假设。研究结论为：在单个样本水平下,每公顷立方米的收获量,每年每立方米的销售量,森林经营中每公顷的木材产量对社区森林企业每立方米的所得利润有重要影响；在群体样本水平下,研究发现对第三类企业而言,每公顷立方米的收获量对于其每立方米所获利润有重要作用,对第四类企业而言,每年每立方米的销售量与其每立方米所获利润紧密相关。
[Abstract]:The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the influence of forest resource utilization and management, and to discuss the performance of vertical integration of community forest enterprises. Therefore, this paper has a certain contribution to the main corporate theory and the application of the new system economy. This study uses data from 30 community forest firms in 12 Mexican states in 2011, emphasizing the role of institutions and property rights in business operations. The research shows that the system plays an important guiding role in the operation of community forest enterprises. It is assumed that the utilization and management of forest resources are closely related to the profits made by community forest enterprises in the vertical integration portfolio. The hypothesis is verified by linear regression model. The results are as follows: the yield per hectare, the sales volume per cubic meter per hectare, and the timber production per hectare in forest management have an important impact on the profits of community forest enterprises per cubic meter under a single sample level; At the group sample level, the study found that for the third category of enterprises, the yield per hectare was important for their profits per cubic metre, and for the fourth category, Sales per cubic metre per year are closely related to its profit per cubic metre.
