现阶段我国农业合作社发展研究

【摘要】：改革开放三十多年来,家庭联产承包责任制对于调动农民生产积极性,促进农业发展有着巨大的积极作用,但随着改革开放的不断深入,农业经济的不断发展,家庭联产承包责任制也暴露出分散过度,统筹不足的局限性,对农业经济发展产生了阻碍作用,这种情况促使人们在实践中不断探索各种规模化农业经营的发展方式,而农业合作社便是发展农业规模化经营的重要方式之一。本文对农业合作社的相关理论及党和政府的相关政策进行了整理和阐述,对农业合作社在我国的发展历史进行回顾,并对其发展所取的经验和教训进行归纳,同时阐明现阶段发展农业合作社的现实要求和重大意义,之后分析现阶段农业合作社发展的现状,揭示其存在的问题及原因,最后从六个方面对我国现阶段促进农业合作社发展提出建议。
[Abstract]:For more than 30 years since the reform and opening up, the household contract responsibility system has played a great positive role in arousing farmers' enthusiasm for production and promoting the development of agriculture. However, with the deepening of reform and opening up, the agricultural economy has continued to develop. The household contract responsibility system has also exposed the limitations of excessive dispersion and insufficient overall planning, which has hindered the development of agricultural economy. This situation has prompted people to continuously explore various modes of development of large-scale agricultural management in practice. And agricultural cooperative is one of the important ways to develop agricultural scale management. In this paper, the relevant theories of agricultural cooperatives and the relevant policies of the Party and the government are summarized, and the development history of agricultural cooperatives in China is reviewed, and the experiences and lessons learned from the development of agricultural cooperatives are summarized. At the same time, it clarifies the realistic requirements and great significance of developing agricultural cooperatives at the present stage, then analyzes the present situation of agricultural cooperatives' development, and reveals the existing problems and reasons. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to promote the development of agricultural cooperatives from six aspects.
