江西省城镇土地利用汇总分析

【摘要】：城镇地籍汇总是全面查清全国城镇范围内的土地利用情况,掌握真实土地基础数据的重要手段,是全面掌握城镇土地利用类型、面积,土地利用强度等信息的重要工作途径。是为城镇、村庄土地的合理开发、利用和保护提供基础数据支持。本文以江西省为例,利用全省城镇地籍调查数据更新汇总数据进行土地利用现状结构、城镇土地利用布局和城镇土地利用与产出效益的相关性等方面内容的更新、检核、分析等工作。以11个设区市的城镇住宅用地、工业用地、商服用地、金融用地及各类用地相关的经济指标建立统计指标体系,采用分类、图表、回归、线性等方法,构建了多层次、多目标的地籍调查汇总数据分析方法。有效的找出城镇土地利用中存在的问题和不足,同时对科学合理地利用城镇土地,挖掘城镇内部用地潜力,有效控制城镇用地规模等提出了相应的建议。为我省各地的城镇土地利用结构改进,提出以通过改造城中村和对存量土地的调整等方式,加快土地利用方式转变和城市改造的步伐,充分挖掘土地利用潜力,提高土地利用效率,使城市用地结构合理化,促进全省城镇化的发展。
[Abstract]:Urban cadastral collection is an important means to find out the situation of land use in cities and towns all over the country and to master the real land basic data. It is also an important working way to master the information of urban land use type, area, land use intensity and so on. Is for the rational development of towns and villages land, use and protection to provide basic data support. Taking Jiangxi Province as an example, this paper makes use of the data of urban cadastral survey to update and check the current structure of land use, the relationship between urban land use distribution and output benefit, and so on. Analysis, etc. The statistical index system is established with the economic indexes related to urban residential land, industrial land, commercial land, financial land and all kinds of land use in 11 districts. The statistical index system is constructed by using the methods of classification, chart, regression, linearity and so on. Multi-objective cadastral survey summary data analysis method. The problems and shortcomings in urban land use are found out effectively, and the corresponding suggestions are put forward for the scientific and rational use of urban land, the excavation of the potential of urban interior land, and the effective control of the scale of urban land use. In order to improve the structure of urban land use in various parts of our province, it is proposed that the transformation of land use mode and the pace of urban transformation should be accelerated through the transformation of villages in cities and the adjustment of land stock, so as to fully tap the potential of land use. Improve the efficiency of land use, rationalize the structure of urban land, and promote the development of urbanization in the province.
