吉林省土地流转对农户收入的影响研究

【摘要】：土地是农民进行生产,维持生活的宝贵资源。农民与土地密不可分紧紧相连。为了缩小城乡收入差距促进农村经济发展,土地流转作为增加农民收入的一种新途径已得到了全国农民的广泛认可。流入土地,农民可以有效扩大农业生产规模,通过实现规模经济来增加农民的生产经营性收入;相反,农民将土地流转出去,剩余劳动力可以从土地中得到解放,通过向城镇非农行业流动获取工资等非农收入。鼓励农民积极参与土地流转,可以有效提高土地资源利用效率,有利于增加农民家庭收入促进农村经济发展。目前在国家的大力扶持下,我国农村土地流转在全国范围内得到开展,这对增加农民收入、改善农民生活具有重要意义。吉林省作为农业大省,改善农民生活和努力提高农民收入一直是政府关注的重点。土地流转对推动吉林省产业转型升级和促进农村经济发展也具有重要作用。现阶段吉林省土地流转在全国范围内仍处于初级水平,发展速度缓慢并存在流转市场不完善、缺少流转中介、流转行为不规范等问题。在这样的背景条件下,如何完善土地流转市场,提高农户家庭收入促进农村经济发展,已成为吉林省发展的重中之重。通过研读大量的文献资料,发现目前国内外学者有关土地流转对农户收入的影响,研究范围较小,研究资料也相对匮乏。这一方面给本文留下了足够的创新空间,另一方面也确实给研究增加了一些难度。本文通过查阅统计年鉴和实地走访调研,了解掌握了吉林省土地流转的现状、问题以及流转对农户收入的影响情况;其次从流转价格、流转规模、流转方式等角度分析土地流转对农户收入的影响,为本文后续的实证过程提供理论支撑;然后利用多元线性回归模型,根据实地调研的数据和统计年鉴等资料,对土地流转对农民收入的影响进行定量分析并给出具体结论。最后结合吉林省土地流转的实际情况,对如何发展土地流转市场,促进农民增收提出切实有效的建议。
[Abstract]:Land is a valuable resource for farmers to produce and maintain their living. Farmers and land are inextricably linked. In order to narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas and promote rural economic development, land circulation as a new way to increase farmers' income has been widely recognized by farmers all over the country. Farmers can effectively expand the scale of agricultural production by realizing scale economy to increase farmers' income of production and management. On the contrary, farmers can free the surplus labor from the land by transferring the land to the non-agricultural industries in cities and towns to obtain wages and other non-agricultural income. Encouraging farmers to actively participate in land circulation can effectively improve the efficiency of land resources utilization and help to increase farmers' household income and promote rural economic development. At present, with the support of the state, the circulation of rural land in our country has been carried out in the whole country, which is of great significance to increase farmers' income and improve their life. As a big agricultural province, Jilin Province has always been the focus of the government to improve farmers' life and raise farmers' income. Land circulation also plays an important role in promoting industrial transformation and upgrading and promoting rural economic development in Jilin Province. At present, the land circulation in Jilin Province is still at the primary level in the whole country, the development speed is slow and the circulation market is not perfect, the circulation intermediary is lacking, the circulation behavior is not standard and so on. Under such background conditions, how to improve the land circulation market and raise the household income to promote the rural economic development has become the most important development of Jilin Province. By studying a large number of documents, it is found that the impact of land transfer on farmers' income is relatively small, and the research data are relatively scarce at home and abroad. On the one hand, it leaves enough innovation space for this paper, on the other hand, it does add some difficulty to the research. By consulting the statistical yearbooks and visiting the field, this paper understands the current situation of land circulation in Jilin Province, the problems and the impact of circulation on farmers' income. Secondly, it analyzes the impact of land transfer on farmers' income from the perspective of circulation price, circulation scale and circulation mode, and provides theoretical support for the subsequent empirical process of this paper. Based on the data of field investigation and statistical yearbook, the influence of land circulation on farmers' income is analyzed quantitatively and the concrete conclusions are given. Finally, based on the actual situation of land circulation in Jilin Province, the paper puts forward practical and effective suggestions on how to develop land circulation market and promote farmers' income.
