西部地区农村人力资本对农业经济增长影响的实证研究

【摘要】：本文依据西部地区各省份的数据,将西部地区农村人力资本作为研究对象,探讨西部地区农村人力资本对西部农业经济增长的影响。根据研究需要,本文参考现有研究,把农村人力资本细分为三个部分：农村教育人力资本、迁移人力资本和健康人力资本。并且进一步将农村教育人力资本细分为初等、中等、高等教育人力资本,深入分析各类人力资本发展的现状。然后,在分析西部省份农业经济增长的基础上,根据农业经济发展快慢程度,把西部11个省份(西藏除外)划分为两个分组。第一组为发展较快的省份：内蒙古,陕西,甘肃,宁夏,新疆,四川,广西；第二组为发展较慢的省份：云南、青海、重庆、贵州。其次,根据较成熟的人力资本理论,结合我国西部地区农村人力资本、农业经济增长现状,参考传统生产函数,加入土地投入、物质资本投入、化肥投入、城市化水平、对外开放程度等控制变量,建立三个面板数据回归方程,分别测量三种不同类型的“特殊”人力资本对我国西部地区农业经济增长的影响。根据模型结果,得出本文的研究结论：一、农村人力资本能够在很大程度上影响西部农业经济增长。但是整个西部农村人力资本整体层次还是不高,发展不平衡,不同人力资本的贡献度差异较大,高等人力资本、迁移人力资本对农业经济增长的促进作用有限。二、西部地区农业经济增长的重要源泉是传统因素。三、城市化水平的作用效果非常显著。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of the provinces in the western region, this paper takes the rural human capital in the western region as the research object, and probes into the influence of the rural human capital in the western region on the agricultural economic growth in the western region. According to the needs of the research, this paper divides rural human capital into three parts: rural educational human capital, migration human capital and healthy human capital. And further subdivide rural educational human capital into primary, secondary and higher education human capital, and deeply analyze the current situation of various human capital development. Then, based on the analysis of the agricultural economic growth in the western provinces, 11 provinces (except Tibet) are divided into two groups according to the rapid and slow development of the agricultural economy. The first group consists of the provinces with relatively rapid development: inner Mongolia, Shaanxi, Gansu, Ningxia, Xinjiang, Sichuan, Guangxi, and the second group is the slower developing provinces: Yunnan, Qinghai, Chongqing, Guizhou. Secondly, according to the more mature theory of human capital, combining with the rural human capital and the current situation of agricultural economic growth in the western region of China, referring to the traditional production function, adding land input, material capital input, fertilizer input, urbanization level, Three panel data regression equations are established to measure the effects of three different types of "special" human capital on the agricultural economic growth in western China. According to the results of the model, the conclusions of this paper are as follows: first, rural human capital can greatly affect the agricultural economic growth in western China. However, the overall level of rural human capital in the whole western region is still not high, the development is unbalanced, the contribution of different human capital is quite different, and the contribution of higher human capital and migration human capital to agricultural economic growth is limited. Second, the important source of agricultural economic growth in the western region is the traditional factor. Third, the effect of urbanization level is very significant.
