中国农村精准扶贫的动态测度

【摘要】：文章在A-F模型基础上纳入时间维度,构建了D-A-F多维动态贫困测度模型,通过2000—2011年CHNS面板数据测度了我国农村多维贫困状况,设计了多维贫困指标体系,划定了精准扶贫区间。研究表明,将贫困维度k由1~3的区间,划为精准扶贫区间符合贫困周期规律和国际贫困线标准;贫困指标设计应随经济发展状况及地区差异进行适当适时调整。
[Abstract]:On the basis of A-F model, a multi-dimensional dynamic poverty measurement model of D-A-F is constructed. The multi-dimensional poverty situation in rural areas is measured by CHNS panel data from 2000 to 2011, and a multi-dimensional poverty index system is designed. A precise poverty reduction zone has been established. The study shows that the poverty dimension k is divided from 1 / 3 to an accurate poverty reduction interval, which accords with the law of poverty cycle and the international poverty line standard, and the design of poverty index should be adjusted appropriately and timely with the economic development and regional differences.
