国家现代农业示范区发展现状及“十三五”发展建议

【摘要】：国家现代农业示范区是中国加快推进农业现代化的重要载体和有力抓手。本文介绍了2011年以来中国国家现代农业示范区的建设情况,系统归纳国家现代农业示范区建设的主要做法及成效。研究结果表明:一是国家现代农业示范区在农业物质装备水平、农业技术推广水平、农业经营管理水平等方面取得了显著成效。二是目前国家现代农业示范区在建设过程中还存在着区域发展不平衡、建设水平提升缓慢、示范区农民收入水平依然较低等问题。"十三五"期间,为了加快发展国家现代农业示范区,应当在创新经营管理体制机制、发挥示范区引领作用、创新资金支持等方面,同时要注重总结可复制可推广模式的成功模式,进一步彰显示范区的排头兵地位。
[Abstract]:The national modern agricultural demonstration area is an important carrier and powerful hand in speeding up the agricultural modernization in China. This paper introduces the construction of the national modern agricultural demonstration area in China since 2011, and systematically summarizes the main methods and results of the construction of the national modern agricultural demonstration area. The results show that: first, the national modern agricultural demonstration area has achieved remarkable results in agricultural material equipment level, agricultural technology extension level, agricultural management and management level and so on. Second, there are still some problems in the construction of the national modern agricultural demonstration area, such as the imbalance of regional development, the slow improvement of the construction level, and the low income level of the peasants in the demonstration area. " During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, in order to speed up the development of the national modern agricultural demonstration areas, it is necessary to innovate the management system mechanism, give play to the leading role of the demonstration areas, and support innovative funds, etc. At the same time, we should sum up the successful model of replicating and popularizing, and further highlight the vanguard position of the demonstration area.
