黑龙江省休闲农业评价及发展路径研究

【摘要】：休闲农业一直是我国旅游学界研究的重要内容。黑龙江省拥有丰富的农业资源和独具特色的少数民族文化,为休闲农业的发展提供了良好的机遇和平台。然而由于我省城乡差距大,“三农问题”成为阻碍我省经济发展的主要瓶颈。闲农业作为一种综合性新型业态,对优化农业产业结构,缩小城乡差距具有重要意义。伴随着休闲农业的快速发展,如何在休闲农业发展的过程中真正做到资源的有效利用,实现效益最大化,对于推进我省休闲农业健康发展及新农村建设都具备十分现实的意义。本文以黑龙江省休闲农业发展新路径为研究中心,回顾总结了全省的休闲农业发展现状,运用数据包络分析法(DEA),对全省的休闲农业发展现状进行了评价,并对成功的休闲农业案例进行分析,得出了休闲农业发展的新路径。全文由五个部分构成。第一章为绪论,主要阐述本项目的研究背景与意义、国内外研究进展、研究方法与技术路线；第二章为基础理论篇章,主要对休闲农业的相关概念及全文的基础理论进行综述；第三章为研究地总体概况及其评价,主要阐述黑龙江省休闲农业资源状况,在广泛收集资料和实地调查研究的基础上,构建休闲农业评价指标体系并进行评价；第四部分在对国内典型休闲农业案例研究的基础上,得出了成功的发展路径启示,继而展开对黑龙江省休闲农业发展路径研究,并从休闲农业的发展理念、经营管理、产品创新等方面进行论述;最后部分为研究的主要结论。本文通过对黑龙江休闲农业评价及发展路径的研究,为休闲农业的提供一个普遍适用的研究框架,同时对促进我省休闲农业的健康持续发展具有现实的指导意义,具有重要的研究价值。
[Abstract]:Leisure agriculture has been an important part of tourism research in China. Heilongjiang Province has abundant agricultural resources and unique minority culture, which provides a good opportunity and platform for the development of leisure agriculture. However, due to the large gap between urban and rural areas in our province, the "three rural issues" have become the main bottleneck in the economic development of our province. As a comprehensive new type of industry, leisure agriculture plays an important role in optimizing agricultural industrial structure and narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas. With the rapid development of leisure agriculture, how to make effective use of resources and maximize benefits in the process of development of leisure agriculture is of great practical significance to promote the healthy development of leisure agriculture and the construction of new countryside in our province. Taking the new path of leisure agriculture development in Heilongjiang Province as the research center, this paper reviews and summarizes the current situation of leisure agriculture development in Heilongjiang Province, and evaluates the current situation of leisure agriculture development in Heilongjiang Province by using data Envelopment Analysis (DEA),). And the successful leisure agriculture case analysis, has obtained the leisure agriculture development new path. The full text consists of five parts. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly elaborates the research background and significance, the domestic and foreign research progress, the research method and the technical route, the second chapter is the basic theory chapter, mainly carries on the summary to the leisure agriculture related concept and the full text basic theory; The third chapter is the general situation of the study area and its evaluation, mainly expounds the situation of leisure agriculture resources in Heilongjiang Province, on the basis of extensive collection of data and field investigation, the evaluation index system of leisure agriculture is constructed and evaluated. On the basis of the case study of typical leisure agriculture in China, the fourth part draws the enlightenment of successful development path, and then studies the development path of leisure agriculture in Heilongjiang Province, and from the development concept, management and management of leisure agriculture. Product innovation and other aspects are discussed; The last part is the main conclusion of the study. Through the research on the evaluation and development path of leisure agriculture in Heilongjiang province, this paper provides a general and applicable research framework for leisure agriculture, and also has practical guiding significance for promoting the healthy and sustainable development of leisure agriculture in Heilongjiang Province.
