湖南省林产品信息服务平台研究

【摘要】：本研究提出了一种独立为林产品相关产业提供信息服务的应用程序。采用实际调研、文献参考和专家咨询等方法,并通过分析常规信息服务平台及用户需求,构建出区域内林产品信息化服务模式和评价指标,根据评价指标模型建立基于林产品信息用户的小受众群体,高精确服务平台。按照现代林业建设总体部署和《全国林业信息化建设纲要》的要求,要求形成科学布局、应用高效、先进生产、稳定安全的林业信息化布局,全国各省、各单位都在积极开展林业信息化建设。然而各种问题也随之浮出水面。目前湖南省同样存在林业信息化诸多缺陷,湖南省作为林业大省,林产品资源众多而丰富,研究与探讨湖南省林产品信息服务平台,可以增强本省支柱产业的信息化程度,提升支柱产业的企业竞争力,同时,对于其它省份的林产品信息服务的建设也具有重要的参考、指导意义。本文的研究以有效使用林产品信息服务为核心理念,针对林产品服务特殊性,结合时下移动互联网的发展趋势,设计可应用于智能设备的安卓系统信息服务平台(应用APP软件),完善应用软件功能,从而解决林产品信息使用者和信息服务者脱节的问题。林产品信息作为林业信息的重要分支结构,独立为林产品相关产业提供信息服务意义重大。论文首先介绍了林产品信息服务研究的背景和意义,明确研究目标,确定研究思路,对于林产品信息服务模式中存在的易混淆概念进行区分和界定,其次从林产品信息流转方式和服务模式需求入手,研究重点影响因素,分析传统模式下信息服务平台优劣。第三,基于移动互联网的发展热潮和智能手机和iPad等移动终端设备的普及,根据研究思路,制作基于Windows平台,Eclipse 3.7编程的可应用于智能设备的第三方应用程序,促进湖南省林产品新型信息平台的应用和普及。通过本论文的研究思路和结论,诣在为政府部门、企业单位在选用、评价及重点引导服务模式的过程中提供理论指导和数据支持,同时开拓了林产品信息服务平台建设领域的研究思路,具有一定的学术价值和借鉴经验。
[Abstract]:In this study, an independent application program is proposed to provide information services for forest products related industries. By using the methods of actual investigation, literature reference and expert consultation, and by analyzing the general information service platform and user's demand, the information service mode and evaluation index of forest products in the region are constructed. According to the evaluation index model, a small audience group based on forest product information users and a high precision service platform are established. In accordance with the overall arrangement of modern forestry construction and the requirements of the National Program for Forestry Informatization Construction, it is required to form a scientific layout, to apply efficient, advanced production, and to stabilize and secure the layout of forestry information, and to ensure that all provinces throughout the country, All units are actively developing forestry information construction. But problems also surfaced. At present, Hunan Province also has many defects in forestry informatization. As a big forestry province, Hunan Province has abundant and abundant forest products resources. To study and discuss the information service platform of Hunan forest products can enhance the informatization degree of the pillar industries in Hunan Province. At the same time, it has important reference and guiding significance for the construction of forest product information service in other provinces. This paper focuses on the effective use of forest product information service, aiming at the particularity of forest product service, combined with the development trend of mobile Internet. The information service platform of Android system (using APP software) which can be applied to intelligent devices is designed to perfect the function of application software, thus solving the problem of disconnection between forest product information users and information service providers. As an important branch of forestry information, forest product information is of great significance to provide information service for forest products related industries independently. Firstly, the paper introduces the background and significance of forest product information service research, clarifies the research objectives, determines the research ideas, and distinguishes and defines the confusing concepts existing in forest product information service mode. Secondly, starting with the information flow mode and service mode demand of forest products, the paper studies the key influencing factors and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the information service platform in the traditional mode. Third, based on the development of mobile Internet and the popularity of mobile devices such as smart phones and iPad, a third party application program based on Windows platform and Eclipse 3.7 can be programmed for smart devices. To promote the application and popularization of new information platform for forest products in Hunan Province. Through the research ideas and conclusions of this paper, it provides theoretical guidance and data support for government departments and enterprises in the process of selecting, evaluating and focusing on guiding service models. At the same time, it develops the research ideas in the field of forest product information service platform, which has certain academic value and reference experience.
