河南省农产品加工业效率研究

【摘要】：农产品加工业是建设现代化农业的重要内容,是现代化农业的重中之重。河南省是我国的产粮大省,是我国的“粮仓”,保障着国家的粮食安全。同时劳动力资源丰富,这些都为河南省农产品加工业的发展奠定坚实的基础。在此基础上,随着河南省农产品加工业的技术水平的提升,河南省农产品加工业有了迅猛发展,大力推动了河南省的农业和整体经济发展。但是,河南省农产品加工业也存在问题,如主要以初加工为主;技术装备水平落后;管理和科研人才缺乏等等,这些都制约了河南省农产品加工业效率的提高。从相关文献看,研究河南省农产品加工业效率的文献数据陈旧,没有系统研究。或者只研究其中一个方面,如河南省农产品加工业的产业集聚情况等等。本文运用相关理论和模型,对河南省农产品加工业效率进行实证研究,进而对效率的影响因素进行分析,主要内容如下:第一章主要为本文的研究背景、目的和意义、国内外相关文献、分析方法和研究内容,最后再说明可能的创新和不足。第二章概述农产品和农产品加工业,全要素生产率理论及其测度方法:静态效率用数据包络分析法(DEA),测动态效率即效率的变动用基于DEA的Malmquist指数法。第三章分析河南省农产品加工业的现状,引出存在的问题。第四章测算分析河南省农产品加工业效率。首先,确定用DEA中的规模报酬可变模型BCC中来测算分解河南省农产品加工业及其子行业的静态效率——规模效率和纯技术效率。得到结论:对于整个河南省农产品加工行业,虽然行业技术普及,但是在资源配置方面还存在问题,还有改进的空间;各子行业发展不均衡,只有烟草加工业的纯技术效率和规模效率一直处在最优,而其他子行业每年均有变化,说明这些子行业的生产规模、技术推广、管理水平还有改进潜力。然后,用Malmquist指数法分别分析2004-2013年的河南省农产品加工业及子行业的动态效率,即效率波动情况,分为技术进步指数、技术变动指数。得出结论:说明整体技术水平低,技术更新速度慢是制约生产效率低下的首要因素,资源配置不合理是次要因素。第五章是基于第四章的分析提出影响河南省农产品加工业效率的主要因素。第六章是提高河南省农产品加工业效率的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Agricultural products processing industry is an important part of modern agriculture and the most important part of modern agriculture. Henan Province is a big grain-producing province and a granary of our country, which guarantees the national grain security. At the same time, the labor resources are abundant, which lay a solid foundation for the development of agricultural products processing industry in Henan Province. On this basis, with the improvement of the technology level of agricultural products processing industry in Henan Province, the agricultural product processing industry of Henan Province has developed rapidly, which has greatly promoted the agriculture and the overall economic development of Henan Province. However, there are some problems in the agricultural product processing industry in Henan Province, such as the primary processing, the backward level of technical equipment, the lack of management and scientific research personnel, and so on, which restrict the improvement of the efficiency of the agricultural product processing industry in Henan Province. According to the relevant documents, the literature on the efficiency of agricultural products processing industry in Henan Province is obsolete and has no systematic study. Or only one aspect, such as the industrial agglomeration of agricultural products processing industry in Henan Province and so on. Based on the relevant theories and models, this paper makes an empirical study on the efficiency of agricultural products processing industry in Henan Province, and then analyzes the influencing factors of the efficiency. The main contents are as follows: the first chapter is the research background, purpose and significance of this paper. Domestic and foreign related literature, analysis methods and research content, and finally explain the possible innovations and shortcomings. The second chapter summarizes agricultural products and agricultural product processing industry, total factor productivity theory and its measurement method: static efficiency is measured by data envelopment analysis method (DEA), that is, the change of efficiency is measured by Malmquist index method based on DEA. The third chapter analyzes the current situation of agricultural products processing industry in Henan Province, leading to the existing problems. Chapter four calculates and analyzes the efficiency of agricultural products processing industry in Henan Province. Firstly, the static efficiency, scale efficiency and pure technical efficiency of the agricultural product processing industry and its sub-industries in Henan Province are calculated by using the variable scale reward model BCC in DEA. Conclusion: for the whole processing industry of agricultural products in Henan Province, although the technology of the industry is popular, there are still some problems in the allocation of resources, and there is room for improvement. Only the pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of tobacco processing industry have been in the optimum, while the other sub-industries have changed every year, indicating that the production scale, technology promotion and management level of these sub-industries have the potential to improve. Then, the dynamic efficiency of agricultural product processing industry and sub-industry in Henan Province from 2004 to 2013 is analyzed by Malmquist index method, which is divided into technological progress index and technological change index. It is concluded that the low level of overall technology and the slow rate of technological renewal are the primary factors restricting the inefficiency of production, and the unreasonable allocation of resources is the secondary factor. The fifth chapter is based on the fourth chapter of the analysis of the main factors affecting the efficiency of agricultural processing industry in Henan Province. The sixth chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the efficiency of agricultural products processing industry in Henan Province.
