我国农副食品加工业行业生产率的实证分析
[Abstract]:Agricultural and subsidiary food processing industry is linked to one industry and three industries, and people's lives and survival of the industry. Speeding up the development of agro-food processing industry is of great significance for extending the agricultural industrial chain, optimizing the agricultural industrial structure, increasing the added value of agricultural products, increasing farmers' income, promoting the development of agricultural industrialization and raising the overall level of agriculture. The technical level and efficiency of agro-food processing industry are directly related to the competitiveness and development potential of the industry. In this paper, the total factor productivity and its influencing factors of agricultural and subsidiary food processing industry in China are studied from an empirical point of view. Firstly, this paper summarizes the related research at home and abroad, and introduces the basic theory and method of productivity measurement. Then, based on microcosmic data, the quantitative relationship between "pure" technical efficiency and "scale efficiency" in the total factor productivity of agricultural and subsidiary food processing industry in China from 2004 to 2011 is calculated and analyzed by using data envelopment analysis. The results show that the total factor productivity of the agricultural and subsidiary food processing industry in China has declined during the period of the study, mainly due to the negative growth of technological progress. Then, the change of total factor productivity, technological progress and technical efficiency index of 13 subdivision industries are measured, and their correlation degree is analyzed. It is found that only the total factor productivity (TFP) of the "frozen aquatic products" subsector is increasing positively, while the total factor productivity (TFP) of all the other subsectors shows negative growth. And the technological progress of all subdivision industries is less than 1, and the industry can not realize the positive movement of the technical boundary. The research of correlation degree shows that the correlation degree between technological progress and TFP change is greater. Finally, using panel data regression model, this paper carries on regression analysis to the influencing factors of technological progress. The results show that human capital, enterprise size and foreign direct investment (FDI) play a significant positive role in promoting technological progress.
