农民专业合作社风险评价及差异性分析

【摘要】:从合作社面临的风险角度出发,根据相关理论和研究建立了合作社风险评价指标体系,运用因子分析法对陕西省120家果蔬类合作社进行实证分析,并对不同类型合作社在风险水平上的差异进行了比较。研究表明:陕西省果蔬类合作社总体上处于风险较大的状态,面临着较为严重的市场风险、财务风险、人力资本风险、政策风险、决策风险、技术风险和自然风险;不同领办型合作社的风险水平存在较大差异,企业领办型合作社的风险相对较小,其次为能人、大户领办型合作社;样本合作社中社员数量与合作社风险大小成反比,即社员数量越多的合作社,其风险越小。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of the risks faced by cooperatives, this paper establishes a cooperative risk evaluation index system according to relevant theory and research, and makes an empirical analysis of 120 fruit and vegetable cooperatives in Shaanxi Province by using factor analysis method. The differences in risk level of different types of cooperatives are compared. The research shows that the fruit and vegetable cooperatives in Shaanxi Province are in a state of greater risk and face serious market risk, financial risk, human capital risk, policy risk, decision-making risk, technical risk and natural risk. The risk level of different leader-type cooperatives has great differences, the risk of enterprise-led cooperatives is relatively small, followed by capable people, large households led co-operatives; The number of members in the sample cooperative is inversely proportional to the risk of the cooperative, that is, the more the number of members, the smaller the risk.
