农民对农地的价值认知及其影响因素分析——基于社会养老保险、劳动力市场化视角

【摘要】：基于对中国5省样本农民的调查数据,分析了社会养老保险、劳动力市场化与农地重要性的关系。结果表明:虽然农民对农地重要性的评价高,但是社会养老保险的完善以及农村劳动力市场化进程将会降低农民对农地重要性的评价。社会养老保险可以消减农地的养老保障功能,从而降低农民对农地重要性的评价;劳动力市场化可以消减农地的就业保障功能,从而降低农民对农地重要性的评价;而劳动力市场化水平的提高又得益于农民人力资本的积累,因而人力资本也直接影响了农民对农地重要性的评价。
[Abstract]:Based on the survey data of sample farmers in five provinces of China, this paper analyzes the relationship between social old-age insurance, labor marketization and the importance of agricultural land. The results show that although farmers' evaluation of the importance of agricultural land is high, the improvement of social old-age insurance and the marketization of rural labor force will reduce the farmers' evaluation of the importance of agricultural land. The social old-age insurance can reduce the old-age security function of agricultural land, thus reduce the farmers' evaluation of the importance of agricultural land, and the marketization of labor force can reduce the employment security function of agricultural land, thereby reducing the farmers' evaluation of the importance of agricultural land. And the improvement of labor market level benefits from the accumulation of farmers' human capital, so the human capital also directly affects the farmers' evaluation of the importance of agricultural land.
