土地生产率视角下的中国土地适度规模经营——基于2010年全国农村固定观察点数据

【摘要】：从土地生产率视角出发,利用2010年全国农村固定观察点数据实证检验了小麦、稻谷、玉米及大豆土地生产率与土地规模之间的关系。研究发现,从全国范围来看,小麦土地生产率与土地规模之间呈现出先升后降的倒"U"型,稻谷土地生产率与土地规模之间呈反向关系,玉米与大豆的土地生产率与土地规模之间可能存在线性的正向关系。对不同地区的比较分析结果表明,在中部与西部地区,小麦土地生产率与土地规模之间呈现出先升后降的倒"U"型;稻谷在中部与西部地区,土地生产率与土地规模之间存在反向关系,但是在东北地区,增加土地规模有助于提高稻谷的土地生产率;玉米在东部地区土地规模较小时,土地生产率较高,但是在西部与东北地区,增加土地规模有助于提高土地生产率;在东部与中部地区,大豆土地生产率与土地规模之间可能不存在特定关系,但是在西部与东北地区,两者呈现出正向的关系。
[Abstract]:From the point of view of land productivity, the relationship between land productivity and land scale of wheat, paddy, corn and soybean was tested by using the data of fixed observation points in rural areas of China in 2010. The results show that wheat land productivity and land scale are inverted "U" type, and the relationship between paddy land productivity and land scale is reverse. There may be a linear positive relationship between maize and soybean land productivity and land scale. The results of comparative analysis of different regions show that the land productivity and land scale of wheat in central and western regions show an inverted "U" type, which rises first and then decreases; In the central and western regions, there is a reverse relationship between land productivity and land scale, but in Northeast China, increasing the land scale is helpful to improve the land productivity of paddy. Maize has a smaller land size and higher land productivity in the eastern region, but in the west and northeast regions, increasing the land scale is helpful to improve the land productivity. There may be no specific relationship between soybean land productivity and land scale in the eastern and central regions, but there is a positive relationship between them in the west and northeast regions.
