基于SWOT分析的苍南县特色农业发展对策研究

【摘要】：习总书记曾指出,“一个地方的发展,关键在于找准路子、突出特色”。近年来苍南做为浙江省欠发达地区,立足资源禀赋和农业产业基础,做好了特色农业文章。先后获得了“中国四季柚之乡”、“中国紫菜之乡”、“中国虾皮之乡”“中国茶文化之乡”等称号,在特色农业发展中具有一定的典型性。本文对苍南特色农业发展对策展开思考研究,以期提供科学的发展对策,促进特色农业可持续发展,同时,为其他类似地区制定特色农业发展对策提供借鉴,丰富县域特色农业研究。本文首先对特色农业和比较优势理论、竞争优势理论、SWOT分析法进行介绍,接着从特色农业区域化布局、示范园区、经营主体、科技应用等方面对苍南县特色农业发展现状进行梳理,然后运用SWOT分析法对苍南县特色农业的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁进行了分析,结合当地实际,在众多发展对策中选择了理顺产业体系、优化空间布局两条发展对策,最后提出了苍南特色农业发展(2017-2020)目标和对策。本文的创新点在于从空间规划布局的角度,根据地形地貌特征和已经形成的特色产业分布情况,提出了浙南水乡精品农业、幽谷翠峰养生农业、黄金海岸旅游农业、秀水青山洁美农业的四大空间格局产业区,充分发挥了苍南农业资源和经济资源潜力,为苍南县特色农业区域布局提供参考依据。
[Abstract]:General Secretary Xi has pointed out that "the key to the development of a place is to find the right path and highlight the characteristics." In recent years, Cangnan as an underdeveloped area of Zhejiang Province, based on the resource endowment and the foundation of agricultural industry, has done a good job in characteristic agricultural articles. He has won the titles of "China's four-quarter pomelo", "Chinese Laver", "Chinese Shrimp-skin Town" and "Chinese Tea Culture Township", which has a certain typicality in the development of characteristic agriculture. In order to provide scientific development countermeasures and promote the sustainable development of characteristic agriculture, this paper studies and ponders the development countermeasures of characteristic agriculture in Cangnan area, and at the same time, provides reference for other similar areas to formulate characteristic agriculture development countermeasures. Enrich county characteristic agriculture research. This article first introduces characteristic agriculture and comparative advantage theory, competitive advantage theory, SWOT analysis method, then from characteristic agriculture regionalization layout, demonstration park, management main body, This paper combs the development status of characteristic agriculture in Cangnan County from the aspects of application of science and technology, and then analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of characteristic agriculture in Cangnan County by using SWOT analysis method, combining with the local reality. Among the many development countermeasures, we choose to rationalize the industrial system and optimize the spatial distribution. Finally, we put forward the goal and countermeasure of the development of Cangnan characteristic agriculture (2017 / 2020). The innovation of this paper is that from the point of view of spatial planning and layout, according to the characteristics of topography and landform and the distribution of the characteristic industries that have been formed, the paper puts forward the fine agriculture of water township in southern Zhejiang, the agriculture of health maintenance of Yougu Cuifeng, and the tourism agriculture of gold coast. The four spatial pattern industrial zones of Qingshan and Jiemei agriculture in Xiushui give full play to the potential of agricultural and economic resources in Cangnan County and provide reference basis for the regional distribution of characteristic agriculture in Cangnan County.
