产业结构演变与工业二氧化硫排放的关系——以京津冀为例

【摘要】：基于区域面板数据的固定效应变系数模型和各区域时间序列的实证分析结果一致表明,京津冀三次产业演变与工业二氧化硫排放关系的差异显著,第一产业演变的影响极小;第二产业演变与工业二氧化硫排放的关系与其经济增长所依赖的产业结构有关,北京呈"N"型,河北呈倒"U"型;在第三产业演变过程中,仅河北与工业二氧化硫排放之间具有协整关系,并且抑制排放的效应显著。实证结果显示了不同区域的经济发展阶段及大气污染排放特征对产业结构调整效应的影响,产业结构高级化在工业化初、中级以及大气污染排放增加时期的减排效应显著;第二产业内部结构升级在不同阶段都能够促进减排,但前提是二者具有协整关系。
[Abstract]:The fixed effect variable coefficient model based on the regional panel data and the empirical analysis results of each regional time series show that the relationship between the evolution of three industries in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and industrial sulfur dioxide emissions is significant. The influence of the evolution of the primary industry is minimal; The relationship between the evolution of the secondary industry and the emission of industrial sulfur dioxide is related to the industrial structure on which the economic growth depends, with "N" in Beijing and "U" in Hebei; In the evolution of tertiary industry, only Hebei and industrial sulfur dioxide emissions have cointegration relationship. The empirical results show that different regions of the economic development stage and the characteristics of air pollution emissions on the industrial structure adjustment effect, industrial structure at the beginning of industrialization. The emission reduction effect of the intermediate level and the increasing period of the air pollution emission is significant; The upgrading of the internal structure of the secondary industry can promote emission reduction at different stages, but the premise is that the two have cointegration relationship.
