【摘要】:随着我国高铁建设的迅猛发展,高铁枢纽日渐增多,其重要性也日益凸显。在讲求可持续发展的今天,如何结合我国国情,对高铁枢纽可持续发展状况进行全面准确分析评价,业已成为摆在每一名设计者和建造者面前的重要课题。为此,本文重点在系统分析高铁枢纽构成、功能特点、建造特征基础上,吸收借鉴相关理论成果,总结归纳高铁枢纽可持续发展规律,分层次、分目标建立高铁枢纽可持续发展评价体系,以期为高铁枢纽可持续发展规划建设提供借鉴。论文主要由四部分构成。 第一部分背景研究。全面梳理当前国内外高铁及高铁枢纽发展状况,分析借鉴相关研究成果,限定并阐释论文相关概念,总结提出高铁及高铁枢纽发展规律,归纳高铁枢纽规划设计在经济、环境、能源、社会等方面所面临的新挑战,结合国内外实例指出高铁枢纽规划设计未来发展趋势,为后续研究提供基础理论支撑。(第一、二章) 第二部分理论框架构建。重点从分析基于可持续发展理论的高铁枢纽功能、环境、经济、社会等方面内涵入手,提出前期、中期、后期三者关联的评价层次以及涵盖布点决策、规划设计、站房设计、枢纽施工、枢纽运营等五方面内容的评价体系构成,进而确定评价指标选取条件及原则,通过综合应用改进后的层次分析模型和专家打分模型,建立枢纽评价方法。(第三章) 第三部分评价体系建立。在可持续发展理论指导下,综合借鉴多种区域经济发展相关理论,分析总结高铁枢纽对绿色城镇群发展的影响,结合目前典型高铁枢纽实例研究,建立高铁枢纽布点决策评价体系。在引入TOD理论基础上,提出HSROD(HighSpeedRail-hubOrientedDevelopment)模式,依据其建立高铁枢纽规划评价体系。通过对绿色建筑理论内涵的深入分析,提出基于其的高铁枢纽站房设计原则,,进而建立高铁枢纽站房设计评价体系。最后,基于全生命周期理论建立枢纽施工以及枢纽运营评价体系。(第四、五、六、七章) 第四部分实践研究及论文总结。基于论文提出的高铁枢纽可持续发展评价体系,以京沪高铁典型枢纽站为例,进行评价实践研究。在现场考察基础上,依据专家经验,对京沪高铁枢纽选择决策、北京南站各阶段可持续发展状况进行全面评价。最后,对论文主要研究结论加以总结,并指出了下一步重点研究方向。(第八、九章)
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of high-speed rail construction in China, the number of high-speed rail hubs is increasing, and its importance is increasingly prominent. The comprehensive and accurate analysis and evaluation of the sustainable development of the high-speed rail hub has become an important issue for each designer and builder. Therefore, this paper focuses on the systematic analysis of the composition of the high-speed rail hub. On the basis of functional characteristics and construction characteristics, the sustainable development law of high-speed rail hub is summarized and summarized, and the evaluation system of sustainable development of high-speed rail hub is established by different levels and objectives. This paper mainly consists of four parts. The first part of the background research. Comprehensive review of the current domestic and foreign high-speed rail and high-speed rail hub development situation, analysis and reference to relevant research results, define and explain the relevant concepts of the paper, summarize and propose high-speed rail and high-speed rail hub development law. This paper summarizes the new challenges in the economic, environmental, energy and social aspects of the planning and design of the high-speed rail hub, and points out the future development trend of the planning and design of the high-speed rail hub in combination with examples at home and abroad. To provide basic theoretical support for further research. (chapter I, II) The second part of the theoretical framework construction. Focus on the analysis of high-speed rail hub functions, environment, economic, social and other aspects based on the theory of sustainable development, put forward the Prophase and Medium-term. In the latter stage, the evaluation level and the evaluation system including the layout decision, planning and design, station house design, hub construction, hub operation and so on are discussed, and then the selection conditions and principles of evaluation index are determined. Through the comprehensive application of the improved AHP model and the expert scoring model, the evaluation method of the hub is established. (chapter 3) The third part is the establishment of evaluation system. Under the guidance of sustainable development theory, comprehensive reference to a variety of regional economic development theory, analysis and summary of high-speed rail hub on the development of green cities and towns. Based on the case study of typical high-speed rail hub at present, the decision evaluation system of high speed rail hub placement is established. Based on the introduction of TOD theory. The HSRODG High Speed Rail-hubOrient Development) mode is proposed. According to the establishment of high-speed rail hub planning evaluation system. Through the in-depth analysis of the connotation of the green building theory, this paper puts forward the design principles of the high-speed rail hub house design based on it, and then establishes the high-speed rail hub terminal design evaluation system. Finally. Establishment of Hub Construction and Operation Evaluation system based on whole Life cycle Theory. (4th, 5, 6, 7) Based on the evaluation system of sustainable development of high-speed rail hub proposed in the paper, taking the typical hub station of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway as an example, the evaluation practice research is carried out on the basis of on-site inspection. According to the experience of experts, the selection of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail hub decision-making, the status of sustainable development in each stage of the Beijing South Railway Station is comprehensively evaluated. Finally, the main conclusions of the paper are summarized. And pointed out the next key research direction. (8th, Chapter 9)
