基于河北省区域差异的城镇化路径选择研究

【摘要】：城镇化是人类社会发展的必然趋势，是一个国家工业化和现代化的重要标志，推动城镇化协调发展，是我国扩大内需、实现经济增长、促进社会进步、改善民生的战略选择。我国经济社会的发展正处于非常重要的战略基于时期，，积极推进城镇化建设进程，对于引导人口合理流动、促进生产要素聚集具有重要的意义。城镇化发展所产生的区域中心城市辐射效应和“区域经济增长极”带动效应对区域经济发展的重要作用也将得到充分的发挥。河北省是中国的第六人口大省，同时也是农业大省。近年来，河北省委、省政府实施城镇化战略，深入推进“三年大变样”，城镇化进程不断迈上新台阶，推动了经济社会的发展。但是，河北省的城镇化水平还比较落后，截止到2012年，河北省的城镇化率为45.6%，低于全国52.6%的平均水平。因此，河北省还需要继续加大城镇化的建设。本文主要包含六部分的内容。第一部分为当前国内外对城镇化问题的研究文献及绪论，该部分对关于城镇化国内外的理论做了一个总结，对后面的研究起到理论支持的作用，同时阐述了本文的研究内容与研究法等；第二部分对城镇化的定义和内涵进行了界定，同时还阐述了与城镇化有关的基本理论，为后文中实证分析部分提供了理论指导；第三部分构建了城镇化发展水平的综合指标体系；第四部分是实证分析部分，利用第三章中建立的综合指标评价体系，结合河北省11个地级市的2012年的指标数据，利用主成分分析法对河北省不同区域的城镇化发展水平差异进行了分析；第五部分则对分析结果进行深入探讨，分析了河北省“两群一带”地区限制其城镇化发展的因素；第六部分则结合第四部分和第五部分的分析结果，并结合河北省不同区域的实际情况，为“两群一带”的城镇化选择不同的发展路径，为河北省城镇化提出建设性建议。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is an inevitable trend of the development of human society . It is an important symbol of industrialization and modernization of the country . It is an important symbol of national industrialization and modernization . It is an important strategic choice for China to expand domestic demand , realize economic growth , promote social progress and improve people ' s livelihood . Hebei Province is the sixth largest province of China , and it is also a big province of agriculture . In recent years , Hebei Provincial Committee and provincial government have implemented the urbanization strategy to push forward the development of economy and society . However , Hebei ' s urbanization level is still relatively backward , and the urbanization rate in Hebei Province is 45.6 % , lower than the average of 52.6 % of the whole country in 2012 . Therefore , Hebei needs to continue to increase the construction of urbanization . The first part is divided into six parts : the first part is divided into the current domestic and foreign research literatures and the introduction theory on the urbanization problem , the part provides theoretical support for the theory of urbanization , the second part analyzes the urbanization development level in different regions of Hebei Province by using the analysis result of the fourth part and the fifth part , and points out the different development path for the urbanization of the " two groups " , and puts forward constructive suggestions for the urbanization of Hebei Province .
