【摘要】：航空产业是一个国家和地区的经济发展水平的综合体现,不仅自身产生巨大的经济效应,更有效推动当地产业发展,提升区域经济的综合竞争力。支线民航是当前国家重点扶持的航空产业,发展潜力巨大,有着广阔的前景。甘肃夏河机场是国家民航十一五规划的民用机场建设项目,自2011年开工建设起,历时三年,于2013年8月建成投入使用。作为甘肃省少数民族地区新建投入使用的小型机场,夏河机场开航后既面临各方面的良好发展机遇,又需要应对激烈的市场竞争和小型支线机场发展的各方面问题。因而,提早树立明确的战略目标,切实制定符合自身发展的战略规划,是当前最需解决的问题。本文共分六个部分。绪论部分介绍了夏河机场发展战略探究选题的背景及意义、研究的内容和方法。在论文的主体部分,本文首先针对夏河机场目前的宏观行业环境、竞争状况做出了分析,其次针对夏河机场的内部环境做出进一步分析,综上,对夏河机场建立SWOT模型,从而分析夏河机场的总体战略目标的定位和选择。论文的最后部分论述已制定的夏河机场发展战略的实施要点。本文抛砖引玉,对夏河机场在新形势下的发展进行研究,并提出看法、观点和实施要点,以求能对甘肃夏河机场的发展起到实用性的意义,同时也力求本文研究能够对其它同类机场提供一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Aviation industry is a comprehensive embodiment of the level of economic development of a country and a region, not only has its own huge economic effects, more effectively promote the development of local industries. Regional civil aviation is a key aviation industry supported by the state at present, with huge development potential and broad prospects. Xiahe Airport in Gansu Province is a civil airport construction project planned by the state civil aviation in the 11th Five-Year Plan. It has lasted three years since the construction began on 2011. In August 2013, it was built and put into use. As a small airport built and put into use in minority areas of Gansu Province, Xia he Airport has been faced with good development opportunities in all aspects after sailing. It is also necessary to deal with the fierce market competition and various aspects of the development of small regional airports. Therefore, it is necessary to set up clear strategic objectives and formulate strategic plans that are in line with their own development. Is the problem that needs to solve most at present. This paper is divided into six parts. The introduction part introduces the background and significance of the topic, the content and method of the research. In the main part of the thesis. In this paper, the current macro-industry environment of Xia River Airport, the competitive situation is analyzed, and then the internal environment of the Xia River Airport is further analyzed. In summary, the SWOT model is established for the Xia River Airport. In the last part of the paper, the main points of implementation of the development strategy of Xia River Airport have been discussed. This paper studies the development of Xia he Airport under the new situation, and puts forward its views, viewpoints and implementation points, in order to play a practical role in the development of Gansu Xiahe Airport. At the same time, this study can provide some reference to other similar airports.
