【摘要】:建设精品旅游线路,是全面建设大旅游、大产品、大市场的战略选择,对全面整合旅游资源、完善旅游软硬件设施、提升旅游产品品位、树立旅游品牌形象、强化旅游产业素质、形成核心竞争力,都具有特殊的重要意义。但是河北省旅游线路的发展在全国处于落后水平,在市场化、吸引力、品牌化等方面差距较大,并且产品整合性差、区域发展不平衡,线路成为制约河北旅游业发展的瓶颈之一。本文通过资料查阅法、专家访谈法、比较分析法、SOWT分析法,深入分析河北省旅游线路开发现状,分析结果表明,河北省旅游线路开发存在四个方面的问题:一是旅游产业水平低,没有充分发挥全产业的带动作用:二是旅游基础设施差,制约了精品线路的形成;三是市场化程度不高,对经济发展贡献度低;四是品牌形象不突出,旅游市场竞争力弱。因此,河北省亟需推出一批配套设施好、服务水平高、市场品牌响、带动作用强的精品旅游线路。针对河北省旅游线路开发存在的问题,本文以承秦唐旅游地区为突破口,开发以旅游环线为纽带,以精品景区为亮点,以配套设施为支撑,点线结合的旅游线路产品,将其培育成为国际知名、国内一流的精品旅游线路。承秦唐旅游环线开发,可实现区域联合、统筹发展,通过树立旅游品牌形象,增强旅游市场竞争力,同时可壮大提升旅游企业的整体实力,充分发挥旅游业的综合带动优势,促进区域经济发展,从而推动建设一批覆盖全省的精品线路,突破河北省旅游业发展的瓶颈。旅游线路具有比其他旅游产品更强的市场性,需要根据市场需求及时推陈出新,河北省应通过培育精品景区和旅游线路,树立特色旅游品牌,增强旅游环境建设,提高管理和服务水平,加大宣传力度,做大做活旅游市场,通过大力发展旅游业,加快经济发展方式的转变,推动产业结构调整,促进河北经济又好又快可持续发展。
[Abstract]:The construction of high-quality tourist routes, is the comprehensive construction of tourism products, the strategic choice of the large market, the overall integration of tourism resources, improve the tourism software and hardware facilities, to enhance tourism product quality, establish a tourism brand image, strengthen the quality of tourism industry, the formation of core competitiveness, has a special significance. But the development of Hebei province tourism line the country in a backward level in the market, brand appeal, etc. a larger gap, and product integration, regional development is not balanced, the line has become one of the bottlenecks restricting the development of the tourism industry in Hebei. Through literature, expert interviews, comparative analysis, SOWT analysis, in-depth analysis of Hebei province tourism development status, analysis results show that there are four problems in Hebei Province, the development of tourist routes: one is the low level of the tourism industry, the whole industry is not fully play the drive Effect: two tourism infrastructure is poor, restricting the formation of fine lines; the three is the market level is not high, the contribution to economic development is low; four brand image is not prominent, the competitiveness of the tourism market is weak. Therefore, Hebei province need to launch a number of good facilities, high level of service, market driven brand ring boutique tourist routes of the strong role. For the existing problems in the development of tourism in Hebei Province, the Qin Tang tourism area as a breakthrough, the development of the tourism circle as a link to scenic spots to highlight facilities to support the line line of the tourism products, its development has become a well-known international, domestic boutique tour class. Qin Tang Lvyou link development, can realize the overall development, regional cooperation, through the establishment of tourism brand image, enhance the competitiveness of the tourism market, and can grow to enhance the overall strength of tourism enterprises, fully The tourism industry to play the leading advantage, promote regional economic development, so as to promote the construction of a number of fine lines covering the whole province, breaking the bottleneck of development of tourism in Hebei province.
