【摘要】：在当今经济全球化和区域经济一体化的宏观背景下，全球旅游业迅猛发展，旅游业的竞争也日益激烈，为了避免因恶性竞争而带来的损失，各地都在不断加强区域旅游合作的步伐，区域旅游合作成为世界旅游业发展的重要趋势。中国旅游业近三十年也得到快速发展，经济总量不断提高，整体素质也明显上升，各城市的旅游合作不断加强，形成不同合作层次的旅游合作区，这些都表明中国的区域旅游合作正在迅速发展，今后这一趋势将成为旅游业发展的重要方向。国内外各种形式的区域旅游合作不断涌现，学术界也从多角度、多侧面对区域旅游合作进行了理论和实证研究，极大地丰富了区域旅游合作的内容，促进了区域旅游合作的快速发展。但是，理论研究多从社会学、管理学、信息网络和经济学方面入手，专门从旅游角度研究的很少；实证研究多从宏观层面出发，偏重于国际和国内省域之间的交流合作，研究政治在区域旅游合作中的作用，而对于一定地域范围内跨区域旅游合作研究较少；研究方法也多以定性为主，缺乏科学性。成绵乐区域属于四川经济发达地区，并且集中四川省大量的优质的旅游资源，作为四川省最重要的一个旅游区域，成绵乐旅游业的发展对全省意义重大。因此本文以成绵乐区域为研究对象，重点探讨省内跨城市的旅游合作，分析成绵乐区域旅游合作模式，实现区域旅游业的互利共赢，对整个四川省旅游业的均衡发展具有重要的实践意义。本文选取成绵乐区域一些城市作为分析对象，运用层次分析方法从旅游业绩、资金来源、基础设施三个方面10个指标对成绵乐区域各级城市旅游竞争力进行分析，探讨出适合成绵乐区域的“点—轴”合作模式，，该模式符合空间维度下的区域合作模式类型，根据区域城综合竞争力的分析结果，提出成绵乐区域旅游合作模式结构：一个一级中心城市、四个二级中心城市、若干个旅游节点城市；一条一级旅游轴、两条二级旅游轴、八条三级旅游轴。本文研究的主要内容围绕着成绵乐区域旅游合作模式的形成而展开的，具体内容包括以下部分：第一部分：绪论，主要提及研究背景，研究意义；确定研究的目的和研究方法以及技术路线等，从不同的角度对国内外关于区域旅游合作的情况进行文献综述，并对研究现状做评述。第二部分：介绍与区域旅游合作相关的概念及理论，从宏观上把握区域旅游合作的基础知识，为成绵乐区域旅游合作模式的形成提供必要的指导。第三部分：结合对成绵乐区域旅游合作相关资料的掌握，分析成绵乐区域旅游合作的现实情况和选择该区域作为研究对象的成因，再结合成绵乐区域的实际情况分析该区域旅游合作可能存在的问题。第四部分：结合国内外旅游发展的情况和成绵乐区域的实际情况，分析该区域旅游合作的必然性和基础条件。第五部分：对国内外关于区域旅游合作模式的研究进行梳理，分别从时间维度和空间维度的角度上总结具有代表意义的区域旅游合作模式；运用层次分析的方法对成绵乐区域城市综合竞争力进行评价，在各级城市综合竞争实力结果的基础上，探讨成绵乐区域旅游合作模式的结构以及产生的意义。第六部分：根据成绵乐区域的现实条件，提出该区域旅游合作的创新和突破。第七部分：结语，归纳和提炼本文的主要结论，最后分析出本文可能存在的创新点以及需要更进一步解决的问题。
[Abstract]:In the macro - background of the globalization of economy and the integration of regional economy , the global tourism industry has developed rapidly , and the competition of tourism is becoming fiercer . In order to avoid the loss caused by the vicious competition , the regional tourism cooperation has become an important trend of the development of the world tourism industry . The research on regional tourism cooperation has been carried out from the perspective of sociology , management , information network and economics . The main contents of this paper are based on the formation of the tourism cooperation pattern in the area of Mianyang , which includes the following parts : The first part : Introduction , mainly refers to the background of research , the significance of research , the purpose and the research method of the research , the technical route , etc . , and reviews the situation of regional tourism cooperation at home and abroad from different angles , and comments on the research status quo . The second part : Introduce the concept and theory related to regional tourism cooperation , grasp the basic knowledge of regional tourism cooperation , and provide the necessary guidance for the formation of the tourism cooperation pattern of the region . The third part : Based on the information about tourism cooperation in the area of Mianyang , the author analyzes the reality of tourism cooperation in Mianyang and chooses the region as the origin of the research object , and analyzes the possible problems of tourism cooperation in the region . The fourth part is to analyze the necessity and basic condition of tourism cooperation in the region in combination with the situation of tourism development at home and abroad and the actual situation of the region . The fifth part : combing the research of regional tourism cooperation pattern at home and abroad , summarizing the regional tourism cooperation model with representative significance from the angle of time dimension and spatial dimension , and using the method of analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the comprehensive competitiveness of Chengdu - Mianyang - le region . The sixth part : According to the realistic conditions of the region , this paper puts forward the innovation and breakthrough of tourism cooperation in the region . Part 7 : conclusion , induction and refinement of the main conclusions of this paper , and finally the possible innovation points in this paper , as well as the problems that need to be further resolved .
