鄱阳湖生态经济区高校毕业生职业准备与就业意向调查——基于九江地区2014届应届毕业生的调查

【摘要】：针对九江地区高校毕业生的职业准备情况和就业意向的调查表明:大多数毕业生了解自身的职业兴趣并认可自己的专业能力,但对目标职业缺乏深入的理解;大部分毕业生选择直接就业,就业地点的选择虽然呈现出明显的东部倾向性,但大多数毕业生认为只要有合适的条件是可以考虑到中西部或欠发达地区工作的;有相当部分的毕业生愿意考虑留在鄱阳湖生态经济区就业,但就业环境和经济发展水平成为最重要的阻碍因素。针对调查结果笔者从政府、高校和大学生个人三方面提出了相应的引导策略和建议。
[Abstract]:The investigation on the vocational preparation and employment intention of college graduates in Jiujiang area shows that most of the graduates know their professional interests and recognize their professional abilities, but lack a deep understanding of the target occupations; Most graduates choose direct employment, although the choice of employment location shows an obvious trend in the east, but most graduates think that as long as there are suitable conditions, we can consider the central and western regions or less developed areas of work; A considerable number of graduates are willing to consider remaining in Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone for employment, but the employment environment and the level of economic development are the most important obstacles. The author puts forward the corresponding guiding strategies and suggestions in three aspects: colleges and universities and college students.
