晋陕豫黄河金三角地区县域经济技术效率研究

【摘要】：[目的]经济技术效率是衡量区域经济发展的重要指标,以此测度分析黄河金三角地区县域经济发展状况,对该地区的经济投入产出技术效率进行测度和对比分析,并对县域经济的技术效率收敛性特征在时间上、空间上的差异进行了探讨。[方法]运用随机前沿分析(SFA)方法,对晋陕豫黄河金三角地区2006~2014年46个县(区)的经济发展面板数据进行分析。[结果]研究表明:(1)黄河金三角地区县域经济在近10年发展过程中产出损失和技术非效率现象突出,产出水平距离前沿面有较大空间,平均技术效率为64.04%,渭南、临汾、运城、三门峡4市间的技术效率差异不大;(2)技术效率的收敛性特征明显,α收敛性检验结果表明各地区经济技术效率差异和离散程度处于均衡状态,β收敛性检验显示各县(区)经济技术效率均朝各自稳态水平发展,地区间的技术效率差距在不断缩小。[结论]文章认为发挥黄河金三角地区作为承接产业转移示范区的引领带动作用,通过制度完善推进省际县域经济一体化协同发展、提升经济资源各要素配置效率、提高金融资本效率等措施是提升技术效率和经济持续增长的可靠对策。
[Abstract]:[objective] Economic and technological efficiency is an important index to measure the regional economic development. Based on the analysis of county economic development in the Golden Triangle of the Yellow River, the paper measures and compares the economic input-output technical efficiency in this area.The difference in time and space of technical efficiency convergence of county economy is also discussed.[methods] using the method of stochastic frontier analysis (SFAA), the economic development panel data of 46 counties (districts) from 2006 to 2014 in the Jinshan-Henan Golden Triangle of the Yellow River were analyzed.[results] the study shows that the county economy in the Golden Triangle of the Yellow River has lost output and technical inefficiency in the past 10 years. There is a great space between the output level and the front, and the average technical efficiency is 64.04, Weinan, Linfen, Yuncheng, Weinan, Linfen, Yuncheng, Weinan, Linfen, Yuncheng,The convergence characteristic of the technical efficiency is obvious. The result of 伪 convergence test shows that the difference of economic and technical efficiency and the degree of dispersion of each region are in equilibrium state, and the 尾 convergence test shows that each county is in a state of equilibrium.(a) the economic and technological efficiency has developed at their respective steady-state levels,The technical efficiency gap between regions is narrowing.[conclusion] this paper holds that the Golden Triangle of the Yellow River should play a leading and driving role as a demonstration area for undertaking industrial transfer, promote the coordinated development of inter-provincial and county economic integration through the improvement of the system, and promote the efficiency of the allocation of various elements of economic resources.Improving the efficiency of financial capital and other measures is a reliable countermeasure to improve technical efficiency and sustained economic growth.
